These guys are great... I went in last night, just before closing, to grab a product that I was told would work, they chatted with me and even came to to see my vehicle before recommending another product that actually worked perfectly. They were both very cool about me coming in so close to closing time :/ and willing to make an effort to help me!

A big heartfelt "Thank you!" to Jeff at Clackamas AutoZone for putting my new wiper blades on today. I know this is a service they happily provide if asked, and I don't take their help for granted. I was back on the road in no time. Thanks again!

Nice and knowledgeable staff. They seemed like they were having fun working there which made me smile. Also tried to sell me on a product related to what I was buying and explained to me exactly what it was for but didn't press to hard. Very classy and well done.

The AC in our vehicle randomly decided to quit blowing cold air.

Swung in this auto zone and a staff member offered to check my AC to make sure purchasing Freon wouldn’t be waste in the event of a leak.

After he verified that he grabbed the products I needed and made sure I got the discounts I was eligible for.

Again checked to make sure the Freon we purchased worked and sent us on our way.

It was 90 degrees out and we had our small children and dog in our vehicle so cannot overstate how much this shops effort meant to us.

I was searching for a particular spray paint to touch up my car. While calling various Auto Zones I was told they had the exact color. They did not. So I drove around for a few hours, store to store, my frustration escalating. I was then told the store on 14600 Sunnyside had it, and they did. Only because one particular gentleman searched and found one. Other stores told ME to go look for it. I really needed it bad for a particular excursion. I am very grateful for his exceptional service. Thank you SAM. You are what customer service is all about. I know, I deal in customer service., and I also go above and beyond.

My mom’s car had a battery issue and I stopped by your store for assistance. Romeo tested the battery, jumped the car so I could move it, and then swapped out the old battery for a new one. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and super efficient. Fantastic customer service and this is why I consistently go to this store on Sunnyside! Autozone needs to give Romeo a raise!

Robert was outstanding! I think I asked him the same question in 10 different ways and he had a smile on his face every time he answered my same question. I'm don't know much about cars or what things are needed for what, but Robert didn't make me feel dumb or stupid like people have at places in the past. After I finished paying I remembered I need a battery for my car key. Not only did he help me find the one I needed he also put the battery in for me. Going into stores and not knowing a lot about the items they sell
Gives me bad anxiety, but from the moment I walked in Robert was kind and helpful, and he made the experience so much better than last places I've been too!

My Engine light came on and my car started driving really rough. This Autozone was the closest to where I needed to be that day and I rolled in to get some help. Chanel and Rom provided awesome customer service. Not only were they both very patient with me as I was trying to navigate how to get my car working so I could get through the day, Rom helped me with a few tips and pointers, and Chanel even managed to find me after I left my DL at the store. I am super grateful for the kindness and customer service provided.

Great service!!! These guys ALWAYS go above and beyond for me. I moved into the area a little over a year ago and have got nothing but amazing service from here...especially from Robert. Robert is by far the most helpful and understanding auto parts store employee ive ever delt with. This man literally saved our holidays and dont even realize it. I’ve been in a handful of times. The staff have been very helpful - they have greeted me quickly and looked up my car to make sure I got what I needed. They’ve even gone to the shelf with to ensure I got the right items. While I have noticed they haven’t been great at acknowledging other waiting customers while helping me (“I’ll be right with you”, for example), it doesn’t feel like enough to mark them down. I’m not a car guy, so I won’t be stopping in often, but I will continue to go here when I need something.

I love AutoZone because they are consistent and the staff 99% of the time are friendly and willing to help you figure out what you’re working with if you have no idea. I mostly rely on them for ordering parts as needed and my regular oil change products. Most staff are knowledgeable but super laid back which makes the experience much better. I highly recommend signing up for their FREE Rewards Program. I saved $20 the other day from points that had saved up over a couple months of purchases and they asked me if I wanted to use my $20 savings...heck yeah! Kicker: you have to use the savings within 90 Days. Every 90 Days it starts over. But if you know you need to order parts for one project, wait to buy your oil and filter next time your in town and save yourself some money.

Always a good visit. They didn't have the brake booster that I needed, and let me know that it was out of stock from their vendor. Then, without me having to ask, they cross-referenced it and gave me a print up so I could find it elsewhere. Great folks!

Awesome customer service! The engine light came on for my vehicle and I went to AutoZone to get it diagnosed. Aiden D. was the person that helped me when I arrived. Normally they give you the tool and you hook it up to the car yourself. Aiden did the diagnose, got the parts I needed and even helped me find which part wasn't working on my engine and showed me how to change it. He went above and beyond. Aiden was very helpful, knowledgeable and set the bar for customer service. Thanks so much for all the help!
