I went in to try on doc martens so I'd know what size I need, and this really nice employee named Alex helped me. They were so kind and patient and answered all of my questions and were overall so great. 10/10 customer service

They have lots of variety here and the workers are always super nice. If you don't find a pair of shoes that don't fit you you at least leave with a positive attitude because the people around you are so energetic!
