If you can get there, get there. I had a major set back the first week of Pennsylvania archery season. The folks here provided simple and effective solutions. I had stopped for a few odds and ends over the last couple years. This time I needed a lot of help, they provided it.

I've been going to Sportsmans Refuge for 20 years. Phil and Mary are great people, but also experts at what they do. In a few minutes, Phil always has my new bows set up and ready to hunt. Their selection of bows and accessories is second to none. Stop by and check them out. You won't be disappointed!

My husband's crossbow had to have a part. We called the manufacturer, no help. We were told by a friend,Parker to go to Sportsmans. What a surprise. The customer service was 10 stars. Never treated like this ever. They fixed it while we waited and there prices are very reasonable. Will definitely buy all our bow products there. Thank you Bob Pennington

I purchased a firearm from here and am very satisfied with the service. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a returning customer because these people actually care about those who come through their doors.

I have had but the best service from this entire team for as long as I have done business with them. The are knowledgeable and passionate in everything they do. In closing these people do aim to please.

They set up several bows and let me shoot them to find one I liked. They also set my wife up with a bow and gave her tips on shooting. I had to order my bow and they contacted me as soon as it came in. The best part of the customer service is that the owner wouldn't let me leave because he could tell I wasn't 100% satisfied on the way the bow was shooting. He stayed late working with me and the bow until we had it shooting perfect. He is very knowledgeable about his products and takes care of his customers.

Wow... just went there today to have my crossbow repaired and another looked over. These folks get it when comes to customer service. Never knew they were there. They win my business. Impressive!

Have been using this place for several years. I wouldn't think of shopping at any other archery shop. They have been nothing but "more than fair" when I've needed my bow adjusted or repaired. It's nice that they don't try to sell me something I don't need or repair something that isn't broken.

Definitely the best bow shop in the Tri State Area. Affordable, helpful, always available to answer questions or assist you however they can. I won't buy archery equipment anywhere else.

I came into the store not knowing hardly anything except that I wanted to get into bow hunting. The guys in the shop weren’t put off at all. They were happy to help me get started and do it the right way. I learned more in a half hour than I could ever have imagined. The best part is they were genuinely happy to see me come into the sport. Phil took the time to set me up with the right bow even though it wasn’t the highest end one and offered to help me through adjusting the bow when I come back to the range. I can’t recommend them enough especially if you are feeling intimidated by getting into this sport.

If you dont shop here you are not a serious archer or you dont care about being a good sportsman.....I've been going here for years and the family like atmosphere means a lot to me, question have always been answered with professionalism. Also they are known for having many IBO State and National champions including an on hand Pro Shooter Garrett Ayersman and occasionally another Pro Shooter and TV personality stops in. As far as I'm concerned I wont go anywhere else.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff make it a pleasure to shop there. I drive past other archery shops to shop here. The indoor range and video shoots are clean and convenient. I would recommend this shop to the beginner or seasoned shooter.

Great family owned shop with and awesome indoor range that goes back to 50 yards. Hard to find that anywhere! Very knowledgeable and willing to help anyway they can!
