*VAHID SPECIFICALLY* I cannot say enough about Vahid! The man went out of his way to help me and got me a ridiculous amount of money back through promotions bc he specifically sat down with me and took the time to work everything out in a way that was most beneficial to me. You will be hard pressed to find this anywhere else in cellular customer service. It's full of sharks trying to up sell you on everything and trying their best to get you to open stuff that you don't even need just for their benefit in commission. I am happy to say that Vahid is not this way and he will listen to you and hears what you need or want and will do his best to make it work for you in a way that is beneficial to you. Vahid helped me switch everything over from verizon to t mobile and man let me tell you I sure wish I would have switched sooner! Way better/faster service and a ridiculous amount of promotions to switch over to them! (Almost $2,000 in gift cards plus free apple tv and Netflix for life of contract) I'm telling you if you're looking to start a new phone plan you should go to this location and ask for Vahid! He's the man and I was super happy with his customer service! T Mobile give this man a raise...he deserves it!
