Melissa is AWESOME!!
She is always friendly and happy. Even though my family does not come in very often,she always remembers us, she makes us feel welcomed and compfterble. We recently had an issue with a pair of shoes and she helped us find a solution quickly. No run-around, excuses, or fake apologies. She went above and beyond to help us out. She definitely made a loyal customer out of me I will be buying more shoes from her, and this location, for sure.
