Thank you so much to the staff who worked so hard over the Christmas holiday. Thank you Israel, Jessica and other staff members for treating our kid so amazingly with kids camp and activities, she’s still talking about you. Cindy and Gabrielle poolside service was so warm, friendly, fast and professional. The room service and restaurants were consistently fast and delicious. The family pool area was our main hangout and it was so relaxing and fun for the kids. Everything was clean and in working order. The fact that the staff pulled this off over the Christmas holiday - wow, really unbelievable. The resort is beautiful and romantic while providing a great experience for the kids. Thank you to the incredible staff for going above and beyond.

Very nice hotel/resort along a good golf course. I come here every year for an industry meeting and am never disappointed. It can be a long walk from the back rooms if you don't have a car. It is worth upgrading to get to a closer room to the main complex. Always good food and service.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable retreat for my family. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff's friendliness made our experience even more enjoyable. This place is heavenly! I had a hydro facial and massage and they didn’t disappoint. It was another level of relaxation. The lovely lady in the change room was so sweet and made my experience amazing. Randall did my hydrofacial and another gentleman gave my massage and both staff were wonderful. The coconut water and the cocktails were incredible. I will definitely be back at the end of the month when I come back.

Incredible service and lovely amenities. What I especially loved was how kind and helpful every single staff member was. Whether it was Travis at the pool or the host at Blue Ember when we asked for some spare cutlery. Wonderful magic show for the kids and Santa during Christmas.

Lazy river is a ton of fun.

Perfect well appointed Executive Suite, large and spacious, overlooking impeccable golf course and surrounded by 100+ very tall palm trees giving a tropical lush vibe in Palm Springs. Well designed walk areas and adults / family separate pool areas.

Love this place. I came here with my family since I was little. The pool area has always been my favorite growing up at the Rancho Las Palmas. The hotel and the rooms are always super clean. Love the AC in the hotel rooms. I also love how the River is walking distance from the hotel. We would always walk across the street to the river.

Our family had a fantastic time at Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa during the Thanksgiving weekend. The kids absolutely loved the lazy river and water slide, providing hours of entertainment and fun. In the evenings, our family gathered around the inviting fire pits, creating a cozy and memorable atmosphere. I had the best experience here. The service was top notch. Isreal took care of us at the pool and he made our stay so special. I can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff, they made me feel like a queen.
The rooms are so comfortable. I loved the bed. It was so comfy. I slept so well.
I had a ribeye steak at the Blue-ember and it was prepared to perfection. I can’t say enough about the staff , from the moment you check in to the time you leave they make you feel so special and that’s the service that people don’t get everywhere.

Beautiful resort in Rancho Mirage. Close to everything but there's honestly no point to leave the resort. They have everything you could want on property. Restaurants, Coffee shops, sports bar, pools and even a lazy river. Definitely will be back!

They must have a cleaning crew working there 24/7, it's beautiful!

Went for a "daycation" day by the pool and really enjoyed it. Got a cabana so we could watch the NFL playoffs so that was a nice add on. The drink server, Travis, was super awesome, personable and funny.

Our Thanksgiving escape to Omni Rancho Las Palmas & Spa was pure magic. From the inviting pool and jacuzzi to the delightful golf course, every moment was a joy for both kids and adults. The evenings, spent around the enchanting firepits, created warm memories we'll cherish.

Having wanted to stay at this Omni location for years, we decided to finally pull the trigger, and we were not disappointed. From booking the hotel over the phone or online, it was seem less.

One of the main reasons for staying at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas was for the swimming pools and lazy river. Having a kid who is learning how to swim, she was ecstatic! After the stay, we would highly suggest this location if you’re interested in swimming or laying out in the sun.

Although we arrived hours early for check in, they stated we could use the pools until our room was ready. After a short while, still at the front desk, they said our room was ready and gave us the keys. There was even a little gift bag for our kid. Being a Omni member, we were also provided two drink vouchers, which was a pleasant surprise.

Our room was very nice, although the building was somewhat dated, the upkeep was great and made it feel fresh and comfortable.

Knowing we would go for a swim the day of check out, I called and asked for a hour later. They gladly obliged and we swam without worry of being late.

Overall, the service was top notch! Can’t remember having a stay somewhere better. Although you may pay a premium to stay, you get what you pay for. I would gladly return to any Omni location based on this experience.

I can't say enough about our favorite place to vacation every summer we spend almost a week here and every time we come here we spend more days.

buy recommends booking early so you could get a room in building eight or ten on the lower level, that way you just go right out your back door and you're at the adult pool or at the kids pool in a matter of a very small walk.

the kids especially love running to the lobby and getting cold water and ice cream anytime they want day or night.

The lazy River and the main pool are going to be about ninety-five degrees during the day which doesn't really help with the heat but if you go to the adult pool it is cooled and is very refreshing, they also have another new pool and an arcade and the new pool is a little deeper so it's not as hot as the other ones but for sure not as refreshing as the adult pool.

although the gym is limited it's pretty big and has good equipment.

Best place to take the family! Super kid friendly! Relaxing atmosphere. Their Cafe is so good for breakfast. My kids love the poolside chicken tenders! Their frozen cocktails are so yummy too. Rooms are comfortable with plenty of room. Clean...

I visited with my wife, 3 year old and 8 year mid August 2023. The lazy river was relaxing, and those 2 water slides were no joke (fast!). Kids played in the sand beach area for hours, we had an amazing day even in the heat, the desert never disappoints. Can’t wait to comeback.

2-3 hour drive from Los Angeles but it was a great experience. Free ice cream anytime you want at front desk and they have a great swimming pool. They have an area with 2 water slides and a lazy river.
