Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa

We wrapped up our three night stay at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells and have to say that while the hotel is under renovations, we could barely tell. We stayed in one of the brand new presidential suites, and the room was awesome. What a great overall experience, especially the valet team, who was the best front of the house team that I've ever dealt with, and I say that having stayed at 100's of hotels. At this point, we wish we would have booked a longer visit here!

We've been to this Hyatt 3 times now. This last time, a portion of the pool are and the lobby restaurants were under construction, but you would never really know unless you had been before. They did a great job disguising the work being done and we didn't hear any noise. The pool area, slides, and lazy river are fun and relaxing. The common areas throughout the hotel are nice and well kept. The staff is always so nice and helpful. We really enjoy staying here while in the area. The only suggestion would be that the guest bathrooms need updating. They are worn and could use an overhaul in general, otherwise we look forward to staying here in the future.

We came from the Philadelphia area to this resort to meet family there. Great weather. Pools were heated and perfect temperature. Nice resort. The place was under construction and a good chunk of the pool area was closed but the resort made it right and it was a great trip. It was a great getaway from the NE to get sun and 80 degree weather. We will be back.

Excellent service by the entire staff and management. We really enjoyed the good folks who make this place awesome. We stayed in a villa which had our own patio, grill, hot tub and daybed. Our family of 4 loved it and it was quiet and extremely relaxing. Food was ok so we ordered in a couple of times. Living room furniture in the villa needed replaced for sure.

This has been an amazing experience! Hands down this resort has the best hospitality we have ever seen. Over our week stay we have had the pleasure of meeting Omar, Cindy, Carlos, Jesse and Kira! They made every day so much fun! We were made to feel like family. Every employee was always willing to help and guide.
The facilities are immaculate! Would come back again and will recommend to everyone! This is a true gem in the desert!

We stayed in a villa. Had our own grill, hot tub and cabana. I barely left the villa as it was quiet and extremely relaxing. Food was ok but I expected better for the resort. Living room furniture in the villa needed replaced. But we spent most of the time on the private patio. We did have an issue with the hot tub and am happy to say it was resolved very quickly. Staff was very friendly

We were celebrating a family member's special birthday. Initially, we booked 2 rooms, but leading up to the day, we booked 2 more rooms. At check-in, the front desk worked very hard to upgrade us to better rooms, but make sure all 4 rooms were near each other. It took some time, but we were able to check into our rooms and enjoy the pools and resort. From the beginning of the trip, we had a very positive experience with the staff, from the valet, to the front desk, restaurant staff and cleaning crew. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

We were able to check in early and enjoy the pool and waterslides right when we got there. The next morning, we were able to get a ride on the golf cart and the driver gave us a tour of the entire resort and even sold us on staying at the villas next time. It was a great experience and we hope that the next time we stay, all of the pools and water activities will be available.

I was here with my husband for a conference. The staff upon arriving guided us to a separate area where we could check in for both the hotel and our conference at the same location. The staff was very helpful in helping us get from one activity to another.

The grounds are filled with beautiful ponds and fountains. The vistas across the golf course to the mountains are amazing. I can't speak about the golf course since I do not play.

The pool area includes water slides (which were closed for refurbishment) and a lazy river. Unfortunately, our visit was filled with activities so I was not able to get to the pool are. I was also not able to take advantage of the on site spa.

I will definitely be back.

The resort's water park was fun, and the complimentary bikes added to the experience.
Although the bike quality was fine, the rental process was a bit complicated with no signs or staff assistance.
Unfortunately, we learned that the hot tub was broken a few days before our visit, which was a bit disappointing.
Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place my family and I had a great time. The rooms were very nice and clean. The pools were alot of fun and the gym is pretty good for a hotel gym. Overall great place would definitely recommend and we will be back next summer.

Staff at the check-in counter are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. The rooms are nice and big and have everything you need. The grounds and pools are beautiful. Parking is awesome. Truly enjoyed our time there.

Hands down one of our favorite hotels. The various swimming pools, lazy river, kiddie pool, and of course the water slides are the must check out attractions. There are also tennis and pickleball courts. You can even borrow a bicycle and ride around the premises. If you want to splurge a little, stay in one of the villas which is better than any airbnb we’ve stayed at. Wifi coverage is great with no issues. There are several EV charging stations but know they are not high speed and can take a while to charge up your car. The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely return again soon.

We celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary in style over the weekend at the exquisite Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa, a destination that promised us the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Upon our check-in, we were warmly greeted by the front desk team, Sahara and Sara, who not only extended a gracious welcome but also provided us with a detailed list of amenities and a comprehensive map of the sprawling property. As a delightful bonus, they handed us vouchers offering a choice between complimentary coffee or a delightful smores kit from the Cafe.

What truly sets this resort apart, however, is its magnificent water park, boasting a 450-foot lazy river that invites you to unwind at your leisure. Our two children reveled in floating down the lazy river for hours, creating cherished memories.

Thanks to our esteemed Hyatt Globalist status, we were fortunate to be assigned to Room 2253, also known as the Champion Suite. This expansive 1,100-square-foot sanctuary featured a sumptuous king-sized bed, a separate living area replete with a sleeper sofa, a convenient wet bar stocked with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, and the added luxury of not one but two full bathrooms.

A thoughtful and delightful welcome amenity awaited us on the roof of our suite, including a personalized note, delectable confections, refreshing sodas, and two miniature bottles of champagne to set the mood for our romantic getaway. Special thanks to Nigi Varghese for curating this unforgettable experience. Our room was impeccably clean, and the view of the pool from our window was a constant source of delight.

During our two-night sojourn, we were joined by another family as our Guests of Honor. They, too, were thoroughly impressed with the property and relished their stay. Their only lament was that they wished they could have extended their visit.

This marked our second visit to this exceptional property, and although we were aware that the water slides and lobby were temporarily closed for refurbishment, we have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the property will be even more magnificent.

In sum, our stay was nothing short of exceptional, and we eagerly anticipate our return. Thank you again to Nigi Varghese and the entire guest experience team of the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa. This experience unequivocally deserves a 5/5-star rating!

We come here for family vacation. Great water park with two huge slides. Our kids love it! Movie night by the pool make a cool night! Staff here is very helpful and friendly.

First off, the staff here was fantastic. Communication via text to front desk, wait staff at the pool chairs, etc. Really impressive group here.

House keeping came by everyday

The pools, location, layout of the hotel, food quality were great. Layout made it easy to get in and out of the hotel. Tech makes it easy to watch your own apps in room. Pools are amazing and because there’s so many, never felt too busy.

Honestly just a really great hotel that seemed to impress me throughout the stay. I’ll definitely be back

Recommend reserving a cabana if you have fair skin during summer months. Fun for families to have fun together. Water park helps beat the heat, water shoes are vital though!

I have a spa membership and although a few things are run-down or broken my daughter and I enjoy going once a month to catch up and have a massage.

Awesome resort! Water slides and lazy river big hit with the kiddos (11&9 yr old kids). Good food and very friendly staff. Family friendly. Pickle ball lighted courts and Movie nights poolside were great when the sun goes down. Will be back again 😊

My husband and I recently spent a long weekend at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells and it was an incredibly pleasant experience. Every single staff member we came in contact with was kind, helpful, professional and welcoming. I would particularly like to shout out Jesse who was an absolutely fabulous bartender in Agave Sunset Bar. He was an absolute pleasure to be around and an incredibly kind human being. Jesse will forever be a part of that fabulous memory for us! The resort itself was clean, fun, breathtakingly beautiful and an overall amazing time. We will be back!

Beautiful property, nice spacious rooms, and thoughtful amenities. Close to amazing restaurants and also enjoyed the on site dining offerings. However the staff and service set it apart for me- I had several interactions with the front desk, housekeeping, conference staff, Agave Sunset crew, and all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
