Marriott's Desert Springs Villas I

We love the Villas II! This was our fifth visit in 10 years and we have already planned to return next winter. The service was exceptional, ask for it and there is a knock on the door within 30 minutes.
My only wish is that they would have a golf package for owners. I see the course not being terribly busy and yet the price is steep!

Very nice resort. Rooms and common areas are immaculately clean. Good location. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tubs are readily available. 16 EV chargers, available at no cost.

This place is far enough from the city to get away from the hussle and bustle. A very tranquil resort with plenty of amenities for the adult and children.
Their singles are spacious with a kitchenette, shower, and bathtub. The design is great where no one can walk directly to your door without accessing a security door for entrance.
Free parking and shuttles to drive you wherever you need.
We didn't dine here and took advantage of the 10% discount card they give you for restaurants in the area.
A must stop again and again.

Met up with my best friends for a birthday get away. This place is so peaceful an I am 57 yrs old now and can honestly say without a doubt that the beds here were absolutely the most comfortable bed I've ever laid in. It was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. Pure heaven.

This is our 3rd time here, this time we came to celebrate my mothers 85th birthday, along with my wife’s birthday (yes, their birthdays are one after another). As usual - everything was great. Pro tip - pay for the wrist key, makes life so much easier.

This time - I do want to call out transportation manager Joseph Roberts. He helped my dad to get an idea of the territory , and today he welcomed my mother and wife to an enjoyable 30 minute “get to know the resort” experience!

Absolutely beautiful place. Rooms so big.. clean. Made note of where we wouldn't want a room for our next visit. Some overlook the main road.. Some near pools.. Machines are noisy..went mid September and it was perfect. Only downside is that when you're on your balcony you are on full view to your neighbors.. There could be a partician to make it even more enjoyable.

Great spot here next to the JW. The room is nice but to me it wasn't quite clean enough. I do come here a lot. It does seem lately that there aren't as many people working here as there used to be. The pools are great and the JW Marriott is right across the golf course which has lots of restaurants and other stuff.

Excellent condo townhouses. My family has been coming here for years, and the facilities are always top-notch. The units are large, and all the amenities of the highest quality.

Outstanding in every way. This property has it all. Planned activities, recreation facilities, food nearby. The villas are HUGE and immaculately clean. Put this place on your short list. Beautiful location to visit.

First time in Palm springs but not the first time with Marriott. Our resort brand of choice based on high standards, consistency of great service and location. Always a great experience!

The Marriott DSV 1 is only a few hours drive from our home and is the perfect getaway for a weekend or a week! We've been owners here for many years and from our early visits when our children were young, to our recent stays now that we are empty nesters, DSV I is still our "go to" in the Palm Desert area. The accommodations are very comfortable, clean and well-maintained as are the grounds and facilities like the many pools, BBQ areas, exercise facilities, lawn games area, etc. We love the spa and always spend time there and frequent the Rockwood Grill in the Marriott Hotel. It's a great location for exploring the Coachella Valley. We often visit Palm Springs for the art, shopping, restaurants and hiking in Indian Canyons-- especially during Modernism Week in February. Palm Desert's El Paseo with its shops and restaurants is very close by as is Sunnylands and other local attractions. We will be heading back again soon!

Villas at Desert Springs 1 are dated in design but large and clean with a large balcony with loungers. A couple of really good restaurants in walking distance.

First time there but will be back.

A bit pricey but the condo is very nice. Love the ducks and there's a golf course on the property. It's fully furnished. Would definitely go back

First time here, not only the hotel but the city. The hotel had pretty much everything and it’s really nice and big, they even have a shuttle so you don’t have to drive to the pools or restaurants inside the hotel. I stayed in a studio so it had pretty much everything and was really spacious, the hotel have a little market and grills too!! Definitely worth it coming to spend time here with your significant other or with family and friends!

Me and the wife in a two bedroom for a week. Would stay again. Our room was nice location on green of a hole. Kids came out of the woodwork around dusk and played on golf course which is fine but the sprinklers would go off and you probably don’t want to be playing in reclaimed water. I suggest telling parents at check in or some signage.

We've owned here for over 30 years & still look forward to being here. They keep it fresh & clean.

Abraham at the Shade recreational center taught a yoga and stretch class. The first day, I dropped off my wife and left. Today, Abraham encouraged me to stay and reluctantly I did. I told him I wasn’t flexible at all and he was very very accommodating, caring, professional and went a above and beyond. I just wanted to write to have him recognized for representing the Marriott brand so well.
