Costco Wholesale

One of my favorite places. Customer service is awesome and they have good prices. Return policy is the best. Go there at least twice a month. Try this steak and loved it!

Busy, busy, busy, parking is always available but could be a short walk. The driveway is shared with multiple businesses and can be congested... best meat ,crab, seafood, pork, and huge selection in appetizer party edible options in town... yes, I always buy the rotisserie chicken. NO, I don't get involved in the multitude of sample stations throughout the store. If that's your thing, then yes, I would recommend it to you.... if you are not a paid member, just buy their gift cards, then turn around and go shopping... no membership required when using gift cards.

What can I say? It's Costco at Christmas time. Yes, it was a full house and very busy. But as busy as it was the last Saturday before Christmas, I had no trouble finding a parking spot, getting a cart or checking out. In fact, ALL the checkout lanes were open, and everything went smoothly. Got everything we came for and more(as usual), but other than the masses of people, everything went very smooth.

This is our local Costco and we love going here. It has plenty of parking for everybody, a cheap gas station, and of course the usual groceries inside the store. They have recently changed the layout of the store and it seems to work better. The staff here are friendly, and there’s always a good selection of different products and produce is available. The snack bar is also great value especially feeding hungry kids.

Loved it! Great customer service, unbeatable prices, very good quality items, and such a nice, clean store, with a massive parking lot, so easy to get to! Come here often.

The Palm Desert Costco is always busy but the lines move fast and they have so much of everything from wine to bakery, meats, produce, clothing and groceries! I enjoy just walking around and seeing always something different each visit. Clean store and staff are really nice!

Palm Desert store on Monterey is the best managed Costco we go to! They are “ON” all the time managing line ups and making sure their staff are being supported! We have gone in a couple of times this week and it’s crazy busy but everything moves along perfect at checkout with pre-check in to help move the lines along. I had a Christmas plant die as soon as I got it home and they took it back with full refund no questions asked so I could buy another one! Excellent customer service and great staff!

Hot dog and a drink, $1.50. It's a foot long all beef dog, and the slices of Pizza New York style were huge. No membership is required. However, if you are on a membership, it includes all the free snacks you want from the vendors offering free samples inside. Wink 😉 😃 😊 😀 😄 😁 😆 😃 😊 😀 😄 😁

I appreciate the effort COSTCO makes to keep knowledgeble employees in certain sections. The electronics sections in Palm Desert is very good, This is the first place I consider when buying electronics. Amanda, in this department is awesome, she spent some time with me explaining the advantages of each device I was considering. I bought an Epson Printer that I am very happy with and even sent a few people from my work to get the same item. At a large store like COSTCO you can still get personal attention, I appreciated the time Amanda spent helping me make electronic purchases and the clarity she used to explain all the products I was considering. Thank you COSTCO

Costco is a great place to purchase items in bulk. The prices are good. The store is clean, has plenty of space to move around, and the employees are nice and helpful.

Store is awesome! However, there are so many rude employees in the store. It’s absolutely crazy. Every time I walk in the store I get treated like a criminal by the checkout people or the helpers they act like we’re in prison falling in line.

It's always a big surprise as to the variety of new products Costco offers its customers each month. The pricing, usually in the form of a non-standard money savings amount (e.g., $2.80 or $3.50) immediately applied to the already bulk pricing unit model leaves loyal Costco customers have no choice other than to "purchase today;" otherwise, if one waits to make the purchase on the next shopping trip, disappointment permeates the shopping experience because one hears "I'm so sorry but those "Late July Organic Multi grain Chips were fast movers, especially with the $2.00 per bag additional promotion. But we're working with the company to bring in other popularly recognized, yet unique Late July products that we believe our culturally diverse customer base would enjoy purchasing.

Too busy for comfort. As always good selection of products, but too many times buying in bulk, which is no longer ideal for us as empty nesters. Samples are great and filling 👌.

Great place. Good food samples. Only thing is they don't take Mastercard CC. Visa & debit only!

I have been around since it was the price club and it has only improved year after year and I am hooked on the service and the employees attentiveness to anyone that needs help finding anything in the store.

We got our membership today- went with the executive card for best return on purchases. We enjoyed samples of all kinds from vitamin shakes to focaccia (sp?) Breads, to coffee and hot links. Prices were fair, perks are plentiful, the book section won my 9 yr. Old son over with a wide selection of brainy books and activity packs for young learners. We even bought mens pants and a belt along with our groceries.

Fantastic prices on cognac and scotch. WAY WAY better than any duty free shop.

Costco gas high quality Top Tier, was an easy, no wait and off the freeway choice at $0.75 less than other gas.

One of the nicest Costco's we have ever visited and that makes sense given it's location. Oddly I guess because of its location the staff wear green shirts. Never seen that before at a Costco. There also seemed to be different and nicer products at this location but the prices were not inflated.

The gas station is in the corner of the parking lot and I have to say it's probably one of the smallest ones I have seen but when we went we still got through reasonably quick.

If you are on vacation pick up some trays of breakfast danishes and some sandwiches and pinwheels to eat back at your hotel room so you don't have to go out in the Palm Springs heat as much! Oh and a lemonade 2 pack!

I checked the two Costco’s by my home and none of them had the the following items in stock Paper towels, toilet paper and wipes but this Costco did. They are so well organized and clean. The lines were also short the day I came.

I wish my Costco was as nice as this one is.
