UNC Surgical Specialists at Lenoir

I went through 6 professionals and wrong diagnosis until I met Jamie Lynne Benedek Serrano, DO! Lucky number 7 for me thank GOD! She diagnosed my problem and had me scheduled for surgery the next morning I spent over a week suffering because of others blowing off my concerns or offering me no guidance. Dr. Serrano took the time to listen and examine my concerns. She has been kind, supportive, and very knowledgeable about the abscess she diagnosed and treated! With her care I went from a 100/10 pain to zero! Thank you for being attentive, and being able to provide exceptional care! Thank you!

Today I was seen and treated by Dr. Moore and his staff. They were so polite and courteous as well as professional. Dr. Moore was concerned about my pain levels throughout the minor procedure I had done and made me feel comfortable before and during. His nurse Aiesha and his assistant were so kind and thoughtful and kept my dignity intact even while I had to be undressed. The office was very clean and smelled nice. I would always recommend this place for any surgical needs.

I went to see Dr Moore today. He took 40 minutes to explain the details of my test results. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed what others had missed. I now have full faith in his ability to help me.

Funny how during the height of the "Pandemic" in 2020, I was allowed to attend my wife's appointments. Now that restrictions have eased up and cases have lessened, I was told to wait outside... Yet I can go into Wal-Mart with 100 people and that's ok. What exactly am I missing here?
