Rayleigh is the BEST. She is the main reason we decided to long-term rent a unit. Rayleigh is one of the best customer service representatives that I have ever met! A big plus to Midgard Storage!

Renting a unit was easy. I had a question about the location of the unit I wanted to rent and while it was not online, I called and someone got back to me within minutes. Renting online allowed me to do all the paperwork and get the unit the same day. The instructions were clear and secure into getting into the facility & locating my unit. The unit was clean and as advertised. The facility is secure. This is technically my 4th time renting a unit from this location and I appreciate them.

Always very helpful and friendly. I hate to hear that there will no longer be a staff member available to assist customers on site.

Excellent storage company. The Units and property are very clean. The staff working here is beyond nice and helpful. They are also a uhaul drop off and rental, which makes it really convenient . If anyone is looking for a storage facility, I wouldn't hesitate using them or recommending them.

Customer service at this location is excellent, on par with Chick-fil-A for sure. Caroline was so easy to work with and got me set up with the unit and on my way in record time. As a busy woman I appreciate that. Facility is clean and appears to be well monitored. Both entrance and exit gate work very well. I feel very safe there. Thanks so much.!

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and easy going. I had an extra charge on my first months bill, called in about it, they acknowledged the issue and fixed it on the spot without any grief. Any time I had to call or go in the office they were friendly and helpful which is much appreciated.

I have to share with you about my experience with Midgard Self Storage-Carolina Beach. The environment is very clean and safe. I have an office at Carolina Beach. I move my inventory at night after work, I don’t have to worry about the safety. Caroline is awesome and professional stuff. She answered every question I had perfectly. We had a really great conversation. She is kind and sweet. I am happy to get a storage unit there.

Caroline and Steve are the best! Moving can be a stressful time and they answered all of our questions and made sure that the units we needed were ready and available for the date of our move. Very nice people with a great customer service work ethic.

Midgard storage is Very nice and very clean. Im in a last minute Bind, and was still able to get a shed. On such short notice. I was shown excellent customer service! Caroline made sure not to leave out any thing important. I even got to take a look inside before making final decision. So far hands down i definitely recommend!
