Was a little more then I expected to pay to send a few packages. But you get what you pay for. So I'm Satisfied TRULY !!!!!

I put a change of address form in about a week ago and still haven't been put in the system. I'm waiting for them to do that.

Mail carrier delivered the wrong person's package to my address. Contacted the post office at least 3 days and on that third call (on the third day) someone finally got it. This makes me think if my package goes missing, will they make any effort to find it? I get mistakes happen, but since this is people's confidential mail, they must put some care into being accurate. I get that the mail carriers are tired, but that's no excuse to be sorry and lazy in not putting any energy into returning the mail to the rightful owner. Watch out for those who deal with this post office. Your mail may come up missing and they will take the least to no amount of effort to find out what happen. I thought that I was going to have to deliver the package to the correct address myself smh.

It's really too bad that we can't use a 0 star rating...says everyone not faking reviews to avoid being fired from their government job here in the kinston post office.
I'm still amazed that so many of their drivers are too illiterate the read an address on a package or letter.
When you confront them about a missing "delivered" package, they spin the same story about it being sent to a non existing "alternative address".
Get your **** together and fire employees who never learned the alphabet and 1-0.
This is well over 10 times this has happened. I won't be ordering anything online again as long as I live here.

Awful excuse of a post office. They frequently damage my mail and leave packages wherever they want upon delivery regardless of signage for packages. Staff are VERY rude and unhelpful, not to mention blatantly racist. God forbid you’re the wrong color and need assistance. I have had several packages opened, contents missing, packages left in the rain and absolutely nobody cares to help or change their ways at this post office. Awful.

The Automated System is a Nightmare to navigate. Nobody answer a phone anymore this is trash. You have a Deep Run delivery person leaving Mail Boxes open. Wet soggy mail and puddled water. The post office don't like my words of going to chew people out and needed to say it was a threat. They won't fix delivery issues but will offer to arrest you for it.
