Best food we had while on the island! Great atmosphere! Super friendly and attentive staff! 🍀

It is such a nice place with an amazing atmosphere, decor, and a very friendly and prompt staff. Upbeat music plays the whole time and you can not help but be in a good mood. The menue offers a wonderful variety of appetizers, sides, entres and beverages as well as some drinks that can be made that are not listed on the menu. This is sure to he a regular stop for us, be sure to check it out!

The food was delicious, the Irish nachos are essentially over loaded potato skins but they are soooo good. The fish and chips are massive. The pulled pork grilled Mac n cheese sandwich was missing something to put it over the top but it was still ok.

And the atmosphere is fantastic

Great service! We had the pretzels and dip. They were delicious. Our waitress was kind and attentive. The leather booth seating was lush and very comfortable. The decor was well themed and very pleasant . This was a cozy stop on a brisk fall day.

Delicious!!! We had appetizer wings garlic parm wow!! Everything was phenomenal!! Including the ghost stories!! Super server!!

Truly a great experience, we started with the Irish Nachos which are absolutely delicious, potatoes instead of tortilla chips and shredded beef. I went with the Guinness hamburger which I would highly recommend. All the staff were extremely friendly. Will definitely go back when I'm at Put in Bay again.

Food was amazing. Service was fast. Order was correct. Portions were great. It is a “must stop” added to our trip every time.

Great place to have a drink...or 2 and relax! Met some wonderful people and had a very good time.

Great Irish Pub with authentic Irish food, beer, and spirits. I had the Patty Melt with Pork, slaw, and Mac n Cheese and it had to be the best sandwich I've had in very long time! Staff is very friendly, personable, and great to work with. Food comes out fairly quick, and the prices are very reasonable.

The Reuben and fries were so good. I was full but had to keep eating. The Hooley cheese dip was yummy with the scoopy fries.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Hooligans. We came here for our wedding reception dinner with 28 people. Megan and Kim went out of their way to make sure everything was literally perfect. The head chef is amazing as well!! She went far above and beyond for our party!! The food was absolutely delicious!!! Our guests got to enjoy French onion soup, delicious appetizers, and of course entrees!! We got Reubens and piggy melts. They were made to perfection!! The atmosphere was perfect for our group! 11/10 recommended!!! We can't thank you enough for making our wedding dinner so magical!!!! Thank you Megan!!!! Your whole staff is amazing.

IF YOURE LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE GOOD TO EAT, COME HERE. hubs and I were struggling to find something different qfyer eating the same fish and chips or burgers and pizza. We found hooligans and we were so happy! They had a viaroty of food and it was all delicious. They also will alter items on the menu for gluten free or vegetarian! Drink prices are better here and the food prices are better than the rest of the sit down restaurants. The wings were delightful and hubs got the queso! That was yummy! Highly suggest it!

The waiter did a great job ( he has an Irish accent & a perfect match for the restaurant) ,and was very patience with our young grandchildren when ordering!! Everything was hot & delicious 😋. This is my favorite restaurant in Put-in-bay!!

I absolutely love Hooligans. It's always a must visit each time I travel to PIB. It's an Irish bar in theme, food and drinks. The food and service has always been phenomenal. Today our server was Tayler and she gets a major thumbs up. I usually order a Jameson and ginger ale from the bar, or the "Irish Wolfhound" drink. Everything on the menu is fantastic, from appetizers to entrees. My favorites would have to be the classic Reuben, their mashed potatoes, Bavarian pretzel sticks with cheese/bacon dip, and the Guinness burger.

Absolutely excellent fish and chips, and fried chicken sandwich. And they have Smithwicks on tap!

Real good fish BIG sandwich and homemade fries but there a little different like half frie half chip you gotta try..

We got a table outside so we can see the cars for the race. Our waitress was so nice and understood when we were not ready to order. I got a burger and my husband the Shephards pie. I can say I enjoyed the burger, tender and the pretzel bun soft. We always stop here and so far we will be back again.

The meal was excellent the service was amazing. We had Marie serving us. She was friendly and professional and provided us with a great time. I accidently threw my retainer away and the manager Megan helped me retrieve it and saved my vacation. I'll definitely be back here on my next visit

Sat down to delicious food and great service. If you can ask for Sara, she's 'da bomb... Just to add, plenty of separation to tables and at the bar, Covid don't stand a chance here... Definitely recommend the Shepard Pie and Irish Nachos...
