When I arrived the office was very clean and the lady’s behind the desk were very nice. My X-rays were quick and the girl was polite and friendly. My dentist was thorough. He explained what he had found and what needed to be done very clearly. My cleaning went smoothly and painlessly. The hygienist was nice to talk to . I had a good experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a really great experience! It was my first time there we recently moved in June and I needed to get established at a new dentist office which can always nerve wrecking. But from the moment I walked in I was greeted like I had been coming there for years and made so comfortable! The front office staff were so polite and helpful! The assistant, doctor and hygienst were so nice and informative! I really felt welcome and comfortable. As someone who works in the dental field it's important to find a good fit for you and I definitely found it! Thank you all for a wonderful appointment and I will definitely be back 😊

My visit this morning was exceptional as always. The staff at West Harbor are incredibly professional and courteous. I always feel I’ve received top notch service when I leave.

This was my initial visit. It went very well. The staff was great, they took me in right on time and did X-rays and a exam. I will need some further work. I'm confident that this is the right place to be.

Great experience. Everything went well after second bridge was replaced. Dr Mike is awesome and will be missed by me. His assistants are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone at the front desk were very cordial and polite and helpful. All in all a great finish to a long process. Thanks.

Had a visit today to get my teeth cleaned. I saw Shelley as my hygienist for the first time and she was awesome! She was very thorough, yet also gentle. Would definitely recommend!!

Another great day at west harbor dental. I always leave there with a big smile on my face. Today Dr. Sun fixed one of my front teeth that had been bonded years ago and had horrible stains and discoloration. 20 minutes and no pain or novacaine and like magic, all fixed and matches perfectly. He and staff are so kind and friendly with top quality skills. Thank you West Harbor Dental.

They accommodated my needs by far, wasn’t able to get to office due to weather conditions, even with being booked out all day they still managed to get me in!!! My dentist assistant was amazing I wish I could remember her name “ thank you” my pearls look amazing!!!!!! 10/10!!!

I have a broken tooth. I didn't have an appointment but stopped after I got off work. They took me back right away and did an xray. Dr. Nehls put me in an antibiotic right away and referred me to an oral surgeon. They are great. I never want to go to another dentist anywhere. My last dentist visit was at another place but because I was on Medicare they treated me differently. Not West Harbor. They're friendly and caring.

I cannot say enough how wonderful the entire staff is! They made sure my little one had the best experience and at the end he said “The dentist was so fun!” Highly recommend!

I moved to Catawba Island a year ago. I had to find a new dentist.
I have had 3 dentists before. I have to say that at West Harbor Dental I received the most thorough exam and cleaning that I have ever had. I would highly recommend this practice, and I will.

Great staff. Dr. Sun was great at explaining options for my root canal repair. I was referred to an endodontist. Dr. Sun put in my permanent filling before I left on vacation. I think I found a dentist that I trust.

Dr Neil’s is the best dentist that I have ever been to. The equipment that she uses is the latest and best. I had a crown put on and I can say Dr Neil’s is painless ant through and did a beautiful job. Thank You. 77 year old male patient

I was very happy to get in to see Dr Nehls about a problem with my natural tooth not fitting well with my mouth guard. She adjusted the guard and took some of the tooth point to a more comfortable level. Feels great. Thank you Dr Nehls.
