Frisch's Big Boy

Service was great our breakfast was hot and delicious, restaurant was really nice and clean. We went to another restaurant first and wouldn't serve breakfast at 11:15 am , so we came here for the first time. You won us over , we come to area twice a year. Top shelf food and service thank you

Was riding through from toledo to Cedar Point and stopped in for a quick breakfast. The place was only about half full, and I was seated and helped very quickly. My waitress was very helpful and checked on me a great many times throughout my meal. Anything I asked for, she handled very quickly for me. At one point I crossed the restaurant to take a picture of a cool Big Boy clock on the wall, and was told a little bit of the background of it from a man I assume was the manager, but I'm not 100% certain there. All in all, it was a nice little breakfast stop; The food was good, my booth and dishes were clean, and the people were very hospitable.

It's hard to find a Big Boy anymore. This place was very clean, the service was great, the food was good. I would go here on a regular basis if it was close to home.

We come up for a week every june to marblehead and stop when we get to town food is always top notch fresh and good. We love Frischs

Good food with a great view of Lake Erie. We didn't know any Frisch's Big Boy restaurants still existed. I got the Big Boy since it had been forever since I had one. It's still good. If you are in the area, be sure to stop.

The atmosphere and view was great, food was delicious, and the waiter was quick & fun to talk too. Gotta check it out.

Visiting during Covid-19, with much social -distancing in place. Paper menus, no condiments on the table, and plenty of hand sanitizer. Even had a Mask on Big Boy!🤗 Job well done!

Great view and food! Nice breakfast bar and salad and soup bar. Friendly family atmosphere with nice, friendly staff.

Great location overlooking the lake. Someone in the kitchen though loves a lot of salt. Back one year later, love their brunch buffet and updated the stars.

I've always liked the big boy restaurants in recent years many have closed up. That's the closest one to me. I like the food especially the atmosphere being on the lake.

Ate there several weekends ago with family and loved it. Has been years since eating at a Big Boy, had the Super Big Boy, and the sauce tasted just like it did years ago. Can’t wait to go back when in town.

Just an AMAZING experience and GREAT food. We were greeted by the manager and we asked him if he could seat us by the window to view the frozen Lake Erie and he was able to do that for us. We were then greeted by a very friendly server woman named Billie who was so pleasant and helpful and checked back several times to see if there was anything else that we needed. The restrooms were very clean as was the entire dining area. We only get up here a few times a year but are always happy to see the manager , I feel bad as I do not know his name but he has been there for a long time and other employees like Billie that we know also are long time loyal employees. This manager must be a wonderful guy to work along side with because many people are there for the long haul and in todays world , These "kids" don't last a month at a job ...IF you can even get them to work ! Great Job Everyone from the Kitchen Staff to the front of the house !

Food was great and hot. Service was personable. Friendly atmosphere for families.

Been coming here for years but usually I had Mom with me.It would be so nice to see that smile when her pancakes arrived. lol.love and miss you Mom.enjoyed my meal a the lake views. Excellent service.

Solid breakfast choices. Pancakes were cooked perfectly, scrambled eggs were moist but not runny, spicy spuds are a bit of a misnomer but they were still rather tasty. We had two toddlers with us so the wet wipe that came in the little kids pack was much appreciated.

Food was great. Service was very good. Looking out at Lake Erir was a plus.

Lovely place to grab a filling bite to eat. Food was perfectly prepared and we were seated by a large window with beautiful views of lake Erie

Always hot and fresh food, served with a smile, and quickly! Worth the drive from Sandusky!
