My heat went out on the coldest day of the year. I called Southeast Heating & Air Conditioning and he had someone here in an hour to fix my heat. Thanks

Do not under any circumstance call this place to fix your heating and air. We called them once to fix our standard heat pump. The technician arrived and at first attempted to tell me I didn't know how to work the thermostat in the house. Once he realized I did know how to work and he had to climb under the house, he saw that the heat strips where burnt out in the unit. He said that he would be back in a few days with the new strips. A week later without heat in January he comes back. He attempted to put the strips in but ordered the wrong one. Tells me it will be a couple of more days to get the new ones in. Three weeks later he still hasn't come back with the new heat strips and has stopped answering the phone when I call. This is a month without heat in the winter. PLEASE save yourself the trouble.

Worst customer service ever. Do no use them. Had to make several call and still wasn't fixed right. Had to call a separate company to come and fix our air.
