Tommy's Heating and Air

First time customer of Tommy's Heating and Air. We are so very pleased with the service we received. Steve, the technician that came to our house was excellent. We previously found water in our crawl space, Steve found the source - a cracked condensation drip pan and was able to repair a crack. Waited a couple weeks and checked it ourself and everything was nice and dry. Steve did an excellent job we recommend them highly!

I called Tommy's on a Monday and told them that my heat quit working
the receptionist scheduled me an appointment for the Tuesday(keep in mind that the temperature was about 25 degrees) she was concerned due to the fact that it was cold outside. Wait it gets better, the technician that came out to inspect the unit, he was Very Professional Courteous and Knowledgeable and we had a very nice conversation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty.

They came for preventive maintenance on our unit. They showed up on time and were very professional. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I called every HVAC place in town to come and take a look at my non-functioning air conditioner. Some told me they would have to call me back to schedule an appointment. Others told me it would be a week before someone could come out. It's July, in North Carolina. Air Conditioning is essential! Then, on the recommendation of a friend, I called Tommy's. Not only did they say they could get to me, they were out my house and had the problem fixed in less than 3 hours. And their rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them not only to my family but to my friends as well. The technician, Mike, was very friendly and explained to me exactly what the problem was. Thanks to Tommy's Heating and Air, I don't have to sleep in a house that's 84 degrees anymore.

Had to find someone to fix the AC side of our Heat Pump on Memorial Day weekend. Tommy's among others was recommended to us and they are the ones that came to our rescue. Excellent guy that came to do the repairs and even though it was a holiday weekend, didn't try to gouge us in anyway. VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND THIS COMPANY. I will call them again!
