Hometown Pharmacy

Hometown Pharmacy in Neenah is a breath of fresh air!
They go above and beyond compared to larger chains. The service is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The pharmacists are always happy to answer questions and take the time to explain things clearly.

Definitely take the “Hometown” part seriously, reminds me of the local pharmacy that existed a generation ago! A nice upgrade from the big companies.

It's a small town pharmacy feel. Really cute inside and they can mail or deliver your prescriptions which is awesome!

My go to for prescriptions. They are very efficient and rarely a line of people. I love this little pharmacy. They have my meds in stock and if they run short, it takes only a day to get them in. Having the app helps a lot cause you can leave messages for the pharmacist and refill meds right thru the easy to use app

Hometown is awesome, sometime last year the person working at the counter was dealing respectfully with some cranky guy with no mask on, and I felt second-hand embarrassment for that jerk.
They’ve always gotten meds right and given my family good tips on better med brands n stuff.

I have stood in line at my previous pharmacy for hours when I total up my visits in the last year. I am new to Hometown, and am thrilled by the personal service, honesty and integrity these folks exhibit. It makes me shake my head at how poorly big box stores treat the customers. I love it.

cannot say enough good things...left the hospital to pick up meds and 1 was compounded and the place we went couldnt do it ..was refereed to Hometown from anther pharmacy trying to help(Morton) ..not only did the pharmacist stay on hold for 25 min to get the prescription transferred but made the liquid version for us....all within 6:00 closing time a few min away...the kindness and willingness to do everything they could was amazing...We are now HOMETOWN RETURNING CUSTOMERS..THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH IT IS/WAS APPRECIATED !!!!!!!!
