My son had his mail held while recovering from hip surgery. I took him to this Neenah Post Office around 4:30 P.M. today. There were two caring and helpful ladies working behind the counter. They were friendly and really care. I thanked them for their assistance today. Neenah is lucky to have these two ladies to assist them at this Post Office.

Staff are always friendly for all needs when stopping in the office. Our deliveries always handled with care. They do a great job and it is appreciated!

The workers are always friendly, efficient and helpful. They never act bothered or hurried. It's nice to have such good people working there.

I'm not sure why the post office is rated so low on here. I just had a very positive experience with the SSA working today named Lana. She was very helpful and kind. The least I can do is say something nice. I really appreciated the excellent service.

Unfortunately I forgot the name of the employee, but I think they said their name was Ken. A package being sent to me was mislabeled for the wrong city, so I called the Neenah Post Office to get the delivery sorted out. Ken went out of their way to make sure my package was sent to the right city even though it had already been labeled as "return to sender". They were very friendly in their phone call and seemed eager to help me. I'm very thankful for your help, Ken!

Every time I've been at the Neenah Post Office I've had nothing but EXCELLENT SERVICE! The employees treat you as if they've known you for a lifetime and treat you that way as well, like a good old Mom and Pop store. Even when I move in a few months, which will be 30 miles away from there, I will continue to do my business with them in Neenah. It's sad to see that when rating a business online, most of the time people are more than willing to post their negative experiences. However, businesses that we have had positive experiences with need our attention just as well. For future reference, I sure hope that customers take this into account.

Friendly staff that are quick and very informative. The place is clean and sells greeting cards and a large variety of shipping related items. Can be busy but staff works hard to keep things moving. Parking is okay.

Can't believe the reviews are so negative. Everytime I go in to send a package the employees are very friendly. Never had an issue.

Anyone that's complaining about these hardworking men and women need to go outside and get a life for a change.
