I had an excellent experience when I had shipped out a package this past week. I had zero materials and had no idea what I was doing when I walked into their door. Sammy (with a T) was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Along with her male coworker (who I'll call Ben because I never got his name but he told me a story about a Ben). Both made my experience a good one and I'll be bringing all my future packages to this location in the future. Great customer service.

Had an Amazon return. The man behind the desk walked me through it, helped with some additional tape when he didn't have to. I was in and out in two minutes. Phenomenal customer service.

I wish we had found this store sooner! They provide great service including unexpected services like creating and printing marketing material plus graphics! Great staff. Susan and James go the extra mile. I highly recommend.

Worked with the wonderfully pleasant employees from this store at their EAA AirVenture pop-up. Brilliant idea by them to provide such a convenient access point for our needs as a vendor. They really went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and make sure our breakdown and departure was as smooth as possible. Cannot overstate how helpful they were. We were dreading having to haul everything to the Oshkosh location and deal with that store.

Never had to return anything through Amazon, and Misty at UPS made it very easy and assuring for me! Helped me with packaging from the store, sealed it and gave me all my tracking info. Literally 5 min!!! Yay!

I was running all over to find a notary that was open when i get off work and to my surprise there were very few! I called and they told me come in its simple and easy this lovely lady was so sweet!

This store provided excellent service shipping my camping gear and airshow souvenirs home from EAA airventure. Thanks to them the plane was much less cramped on the flight home. I'm looking forward to shipping my gear in for the show next year, as well as back home.

These guys were set up at the EAA airshow last week in Oshkosh and I needed 500 business cards ASAP. They handled it like pros and were awesome. A couple days later I needed 500 more and without missing a beat they delivered in a pinch!!

I now have a preferred option in Neenah when it comes to shipping! The lady behind the counter new to FPO Military shipping was fantastic, working with another representative to quickly put together my package as well as explain in full detail how the process works. A genuine 5 star execution - prime customer service all around. Well done!

I went in today to ship a package and Amelia and Sammi were super helpful in assisting me with what i needed. They were both very friendly and extremely helpful. Ill definitely be using this store from now on!

Amazing experience this morning at our local UPS store. Amelia, James, and the team working this morning did an awesome job efficiently and beautifully printing the color print letters I needed. The color logo printed on my letters is vibrant and looks awesome! Happy to have our local UPS store and their great team to meet our printing needs!
