Arrived on time. Kept us up to date on the status of our furnace order. Walked us through the process. Provided heaters so we stayed warm while the furnace was out. Very friendly and professional.

Air conditioning went out on me. I got a timely response and technician out to take a look. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and looking for. They where not just trying to get my AC running, but to fix and get the unit running more efficiently than before. We will definitely be using there services in the future.

Great job!!! Jack, Laura, and the team get an A+ from me. We bought a home and the AC appeared fine until we tried to cool the home below 74 degrees. Jack was able to get out right away and take a look after he explained our options we decided to replace the entire system and they were able to get the equipment and the crew to replace the system in less than a week! The installers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Great bedside manner! Our 24 year old HVAC system has now been brought into 2022 and what a difference! Very impressed with Armstrong air equipment as well. It looks great and performs even better I have no doubt Jack and the crew will be out in no time at all if there are issues.

I am very impressed with the service and the people at Jack Kiefer Heating and Air!! We were referred to them by our home warranty company. Our warranty company was very difficult to deal with but Jack Kiefer took care of contacting them for us! They were very timely in scheduling and doing our A/C install. Then when the warranty company provided the wrong parts they fixed it very quickly. They were very apologetic about having the wrong parts even though it wasn't their fault. When they came to do the work they were very respectful of my time and my property. If you are needing quality work and great customer service you need to call Jack Kiefer!

When starting up our central air last week we ran into an issue where we knew it wasn't working. We called Jack, he came out quickly the next day and unfortunately gave us the news that we'd need a new unit. He is extremely professional and kind. He gave us an extremely reasonable price and had us up and running a few days later with a new unit. Jack is very responsive to his customers needs, and does great quality work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for repairs or maintenance with their heating and cooling needs.

Our air conditioner went out on the hottest day this summer (of course!) We called Jack and he came by to check it out the very next day. Jack walked us through our options and was able to replace our air conditioner within a few days. He was easy to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. We are confident that we got great service, a great deal and, best of all, a cool house. We highly recommend Jack Kiefer Heating and Air.

Jack was great, he came and checked our furnace out right away and called our home warranty company to request a new furnace as ours was done for. The approval went in immediately and they scheduled our install within a week. Nick came to install it and was awesome. He was very courteous when opening the doors during install to ensure our cat didn't get outside, and I felt very trusting of him being in my home while I was in and out running errands. Great company with great service, highly recommended!!!

Jack is a very personable and has a great attention to detail! He went the extra mile to ensure my new furnace install went flawlessly and all my questions were answered. Just moving here in November, I did not know anyone in the HVAC business.
After reading reviews, and seeing that Jack Kiefer Heating and Air Conditioning was very local to me, I called. My air conditioner is very old, and the two young gentlemen that came to look at did not try to sell me a new system. After finding the fan motor was bad, they did find one that would be comparable and ordered it. They installed it, and worked out the bugs. I am so grateful to them. They were just the kindest , most polite, and patient young men. Do it hesitate to call them, you won’t regret it.

I run and operate two businesses in the fox valley and I pride myself on customer service so let me tell you I receive some of the BEST customer service from Jack and his wife Lauren. My furnace went out in -15 degree temperature within 35 minutes i believe it was Jack himself was in my house assessing my situation, I got my new furnace installed 48 hours earlier than he was told by his connections. The 48 hours I went without heat I was dropped off 5 heaters and called by Lauren 5 times just to ask how my family was doing, inform us on any updates and to in general ask if they could do anything else. I highly recommend if you want company that cares go here!! Thank you Jack and Lauren you two are lifesavers!

Jack Kiefer H&A took the time to make sure my new AC was functioning 100%. There was a small issue when the work was completed and they came back right away and got it fixed just in time for a heat wave. Throughout the process I had the opportunity to meet Jack, and his two technicians as well as speak to his wife over the phone. Every last one of them was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to using this company in the future for all my HVAC needs.

Our heater went out. Jack was there quickly to diagnose the problem. He went through each thing that needed repair as well as things he thought would go out in the near future.

Because of his knowledge, we decided to go with a new heater. He helped us get financing quickly and it was installed by two awesome techs he has. They were so considerate, putting down tarps so they wouldn't damage the floor as they came in and out. At one point, the tech redid all the wiring so it would "look cleaner". They were so nice and quick. Cleaned up everything before they left.

Jack was contacted due to our a/c not working. His was not the company that installed it. His company was also not the installer of our furnace. Jack was on time, professional, fixed all problems even with the furnace and the adjustment of the blower that the original furnace installer failed to do. Prompt replies to phone calls and clear explanations to the work being done and why were very much appreciated. Our a/c is working perfectly. We will definitely use Jacks company again and recommend him.

I can not thank the crew at Jack's enough. See, I go through a home warranty company that was giving me the run around about when they would ship and install a new AC in my home. This went on for months during what I felt like was the hottest summer I can remember. When Lauren at Jack's got involved she not only sent Jack out right away to see what I needed, she took on the warranty company so I didn't have to. They all showed compassion for my 8-year-old son with allergy issues and my 13-year-old dog that was laying on the floor panting for 2 months. Then on top of it all they sent Nick out to install our new AC. He was polite, courteous and explained to me everything that he was doing. They are a perfect example of a true American small business.

My heat went out over the weekend and Jack was at my house within an hour. He wasn't able to repair my furnace due to the part vendor being closed, but he was able to provide enough space heaters to keep my house more than comfortable. Jack returned right away Monday morning the with part and got everything back up and running quickly. I highly recommend Jack Kiefer Heating!

They had a very reasonable quote for a new boiler system in my house. Jack and his team came in and replaced the old boiler with a new more efficient boiler. His team was friendly and professional. Answered all the questions I had in a friendly easy to understand way. I would recommend them to everyone needing any heating or cooling needs.

Jack provided a much needed resolution to an AC problem. He was a good listener and understood what was going on pretty quickly. Jack was willing to work with us to solve our problem appropriate. I live in waupaca so i didnt know who to call in the appleton area for HVAC. I gave jack kiefer a shot based on reviews to replace the furnace in my daughters house. I was very pleased. I have friends in the business in waupaca so i know a good job from a "ok" job, and i was happy. Fair price, showed up on time, job was completed end of story. Jacks wife runs the office jack runs the shop "family business". They are my go to people in appleton area...they will treat you right....it actually matters to them that you are happy with thier work.

Was real pleased and impressed with Jack when he replaced our furnace. I got several quotes on the project but went with Jack because he seemed straight forward. Jack was flexible with timing and put the furnace in a week earlier than we planned. Jack put the furnace in, in just four hours. I would recommend Jack for anyone’s heating or cooling needs.

Jack came by on a last minute call to my mom's house for an emergency HVAC visit. My mom's AC unit was completely not working and it was going into the hottest day of the year thus far. The next morning Jack swung by to take a look at the unit, left for about 15 minutes to find a part, and then came back and fixed the AC unit all in the matter of 1-1.5 hours. Our experience with Jack was awesome seeing as everything we needed was completed in a super quick manner on a last minute call. Thanks Jack!
