Riverview Vapors

I’ve been to a number of Vape Shops throughout the country. I’m by no means an expert and can only comment on my experience.

I’ve been to this store multiple times and is my go to shop after moving to this area. That said, I’ve had the opportunity to watch customer interactions of others. Personally and viewing other interactions, it’s always been positive.

Compared to the country it’s a small shop, but for the Vox Falley area it’s pretty much averaged size. Whether it’s your first time in a shop or someone who’s very knowledgeable you’ll be treated respectfully. For the size of the shop it has a well rounded selection of devices, juices, and other head shop items. If you’re visiting from outside the area and looking for something specific definitely call prior to going as to save yourself the trip. If you’re not looking for something specific it’s worth stopping in. On the opposite side, if you’re local definitely give it a visit as they will most likely have the pod, coil, juice, etc you’re looking for.

The reason they got a 5 star instead of a 4 is because of two things that many other shops do and this one doesn’t.
1. The staff will provide an honest answer and/or opinion (even if the answer is “I don’t know”).
2. The staff won’t make you feel uncomfortable. Meaning you won’t feel pressured to buy something and they won’t push product at you. If you ask for their opinion they will give it to you. Otherwise, it’s very laid back.

Very friendly and they have a great assortment of vape products and juices. A good selection of mods n tanks and the guy behind the counter is really helpful

Wide variety of flavors and devices. Very knowledgeable staff. Nice to be able to get what you need locally.

Evryone is very nice and has a wonderful selection of Vapes and juices prices are good in my opinion this is the one place I go to for my vape needs!

This establishment has exceeded my expectations as well as unlike most others of it's kind the atmosphere is well managed, clean and organized with great customer service and customer care.
Any and all of my vape needs, questions or concerns were handled with personal care when exploring something new or in upkeep of something old. Providing me with a safe and best functioning vape experience.
Staff and owner are attentive to customers variable situations providing honest and useful feed back for the best understanding of products and choice of purchases.

Cody was absolutely amazing. Took the time to help and inform be about everything I asked. I got a Thelma quest box mod with an rda coil and they aren’t common builds around here. But even though busy he always came back to help me. I’m very happy with my purchase but when I called I believe the owner, I asked about more juices and he just said I smoke fruity menthol and wasnt that much of a help. Didn’t really even try… Cody deserves a raise.

I really can not talk good enough about this place. Garrett has dealt with my ignorance, arrogance and stubbornness with such poise and ease. He is an absolute wealth of knowledge and skill! As a less than 1 year vapor he makes me very comfortable with my decisions and I appreciate him more than words can say!

Excellent Customer Service!
They could answer every question i had.
When I first went there, i had a mod that had the tank screwed on so tight i couldn't get it off to save my life. The guy was working on it and released it without breaking it!
They recommended a different type of tank to buy. I was very pleased with how it worked, until it started to leak out the bottom. Not sure why.. but they took out the old products and replaced them with the upgraded products! Love this place!

Garrett, the owner, was super knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me choose the right juice for a 'sweet' vape gal. Gave me knowledge about juices and coils I hadn't been informed of before. And encouraged me to buy local, which is super important to me. Overall great experience!! I'm loving the "Transmutation" juice, by the way!

The e-liquid selection is outstanding! Always finding new items in the shop on each visit. The prices are damn near unbeatable at a brick and motor shop. This quickly became my favorite vape shop in the Fox Valley! Still my favorite shop many years later.

The owner is always friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are well stocked with flavors that I like. The owner even loaned me one of his personal vapors while I waited for my order to come in. You want to talk about service, this store tops them all!!!

Dude there Coltan works only on Sundays, he's the man!! Friendly & knowledgeable of his products, he earned my business!! Highly highly recommend this place!!!

A local vape shop, almost hidden away! What the shop lacks in decor and displays they absolutely make up for in knowledge and service. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable on everything they sell, from juice to mods to pods. They carry vapes for carts as well. The service was wonderful and friendly, I will definitely be going back!
