Not sure why this Bucks is rated at a 3.5.

Staff was amazing and so helpful- all at 5:45 in the morning. Food came out perfectly cooked and my Chestnut Praline latte was the bomb dot com!

The vibe of the coworkers and the classic elegant vibe of a Starbucks made the perfect working environment for my morning work. They even knew the locals that visited by name which made my heart melt. 💕

Morgan was so very kind and considerate to help correct my situation. She so friendly an made sure to have me check the coffee before leaving the gentleman who I unfortunately was unable to get the name of. Also was extremely kind friendly and polite

Great store and great employee. A lot of customers that come to this location need to learn manners, common sense, and patience. The employees get blamed for mistake that customers make like not reading a name on the food item or drinks or not listening for their names to be called. They complain about waiting so long and yet still order from the same Starbucks even when there are more close by. This Starbucks team gets so much hate for no reason.

Not sure why people hate on starbucks so much. Great service from staff especially while they are busy and understaffed. I like to relax in the store and drink my coffee but sometimes its hard when customers complain so much about issues that end up being their own fault. If customers had more common sense (and could read their own name) it would make it easier on everyone.

I LOVE the Neenah Starbucks! The workers here epitomize the Starbucks commitment to quality coffee made to order and extraordinary customer service. They connect with each and every customer in such a warm, welcoming way while still making me feel so special. Yesterday my daughter, who is visiting from Texas, went to get herself and me drinks. She ordered hers then rattled off my rather lengthy customized caramel macchiato order. Sarah at the drive thru listened and then said "I recognize that order! Is your mom's name Lynne?" (That's me 🙂) My daughter was so impressed and amazed. Then she brings our drinks home and I asked which was mine. "The one with the heart on it." AWWW! "But look at what mine says" she adds. Her drink was labeled "Lynne's Daughter"! We loved it! Best Starbucks in the WORLD!! They are all amazing and Morgan the manager is awesome!

I never go to starbucks, but I had a gift card. Pricey name brands annoy me and I refuse to say Venti.

That being said, The staff was incredibly sweet and I might sneak back to this location just to visit them.

Huge shout out to the amazing barista gentleman who made me one of the best fave drinks of mine and even a "keep going!" message as we are traveling through on our way up to Michigan! You are the best! Ps - let me know how the dragons breath turns out! Lol! :)

Morgan, Sarah, Ashley, Taylor, Lauren, Amanda, Dillon, and team are AMAZING! They go above and beyond every time I visit! I look forward to my morning Starbucks trips and this location is by far the friendliest and most efficient. They really know how provide an exceptional experience consistently!

This is my favorite Starbucks branch I've ever been to and I'm glad it's the closest one to me now. I normally order ahead and pick up inside but today they were out of cold brew so I decided to use the drive-thru. The person taking my order recognized me and she informed me that they would be out for about another hour, so I started ordering something different. One of the other baristas heard it was me and went to see if the cold brew was ready, and surprisingly it was. They got me my usual order and made my day. I look forward to my continued visits, and to seeing everyone there.

I had the best drink ever (Vt Crml Crnch Frap + shot of espresso) and my barista Felix Was the best so kind neat and slay. We need more queens like Felix. #Slayaf

This environment and Team turned my Starbucks experience around. Im new to the app and accidentally placed my online order for pickup at the wrong location. At the wrong location I was told I had to go all the way back to neenah to pickup the order where the app states it was made and once the coffee was made there was nothing they could do about it. Neenah location is fast and friendly and made it right on the spot so I think I’ll stick to this location 🫶🏻

The wait is generally not long and the coffee is amazing. It has a very calm and neat set up, good for studying and other work.

Delicious drinks and a variety of food to choose from! Breakfast & lunch sandwiches and wraps; served all day. Essentials workers, working for you.💕

Everyone is always so kind, personable and very genuine when they engage in conversation and it's always correct and fast!

Go here almost everyday to get a Frappuccino and chocolate crossaint. They are always amazing, the service is wonderful. My drink got messed up a few times and they always just make another one without complaint. I get very anxious asking for them to fix it and they make me feel okay about asking. This is the only starbucks that I go too, other places have too many rude people and don't know how to make a drink to save their lives. So I definitely recommend this starbucks over any others in the Fox Valley area.

The staff is so nice here! They are kind and actually care about their customers. I love going to this Starbucks just because of the staff!

I absolutely love their blended ice frappuccinos, i highly recommend, pricing can come up a little but you can't get better drinks!

This particular Starbucks location has their stuff together. In the morning even though there's a line, they are always very quick and I don't usually have to wait at the window. My order is always correct. I go here several times a week. I have never had a bad experience at this location and it is my standard to which I compare other locations, which are much slower and less friendly. The staff here is very friendly and they get to know you, without seeming fake.

Very polite and efficient staff. Long line moved along quick. Very please getting my morning coffee fix in and out.
