Monical's Pizza

My daughter loves Monica’s! We order from here often. Mostly for delivery. They always meet or exceed the estimate delivery time. Food is hot and fresh! Their breadsticks are always fresh. Staff is always friendly. Great Monica’s location.

I ordered ahead online before the restaurant was open and my order was fresh and hot when I picked it up at opening time of 11 am. We are always pleased with our service whether we dine-in or pick up. The pizza is always perfection and the house dressing is the best! Thanks y'all!

I had a wonderful experience today. Went in just after the lunch crowd left. Ordered my favorite personal pleaser. I really liked the vibe as I could see the kitchen from where I was sitting. Where they were making the future frozen pizzas.

I placed an order for pick up. They realized they sent me home with the wrong pizza. They called me and said they were going to make me the correct pizza and deliver it to me, even though I live 15 miles away, in a different town. They provided outstanding customer service and the pizza was delicious as always!

This is one of Mom's favorite places!! Server's on the weekends is fabulous as is the food everytime, anytime...thanks for making Mother's day another Monical's Day!!

What a great dinner experience tonight! The manager, Carla, served us, was incredibly friendly, and our pizza was delicious as always!

The pizza was delicious, and the cook was perfect with the topping amounts. We were a party of 15, so there were several different types of pizza. All of them looked delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The pizzas were all brought out together. The Family Pleaser pleased our family. 🍕

We love this pizza. Customer service was good when we came to pick up our pizza. Our order was completed in the time frame they provided which is great when you are running errands and grabbing dinner on the way home.

There was only one server but she had everything under control and was very pleasant!!!
We each got personal pizzas and the crust was black all around the edges. Plus there were some black places on the bottom crust as well.

Chose carry out this evening. Always love Monicals! Kitchen was definitely overwhelmed but staff was handling things to the best of their ability. Good job. My pizza was cooked perfect!

Good food and fast service! Was staying in Bloomington near the airport before my flight back home the next day and was craving Monicals pizza and breadsticks at 8pm after just driving too and from a wedding up north in Streator so I was tired and hungry. The service was great and the food tasted amazing! I was a little nervous at first because I always go to the Monicals in Champaign, Urbana and Rantoul so I was hoping this one would be good and it was twice as good as those ones!

Usually, we order the family pleaser (pizza, salad, and Pepsi). So good! Today we ate in the restaurant and appreciated the table service. As we were about to leave, our server brought containers for to take home the leftover salad and pizza. Our weekend is set!

The food here is always lovely. We had a large order for a party shortly after they opened. They took our order the night before and started on it before open and got it done in time for our party! The staff were all amazing too!
