Rolled in this morning with a dying battery and a couple questions later I was outside with one of the guys checking the battery with their diagnostic tool. Sure enough, the battery was toast. We headed back inside, I bought a new one, and another great young man from behind the counter walked out to my car and installed it for me while we chatted about all manner of things.

The whole process only took maybe 10 minutes and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind and warm. I left a couple hundred dollars lighter but with a working vehicle and a high level of happiness/satisfaction that made for a fair trade in my mind. Give these folks a visit if you find yourself in need of automotive services - you'll be in good hands.

The man that helped me figure out my headlights is amazing! A person can go into any auto parts store but the people working there make the difference! Thank you. I wish I would have got your name!

My wife and I were helping a friend whose battery had failed, and we followed her here after providing a jump start. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the manager went beyond the normal level of service in replacing her battery. (One of the battery terminals had corroded, and the replacement took about 15 minutes longer than normal.) Would highly recommend this business.

Kaitlyn and Max were just simply great. Tremendous customer service made my experience at this AAP location perfect. Kaitlyn insured the battery from my jet ski was charged to maximum CCAs. Both greeted me with perfect smiles.

Greeted me with a smile and mad eye contact (like I was important). Sam has an amazing attitude! ( willing to help!)
Right away Sam looked up the windshield wiper Blades I needed.
Sam also told me the Best Blades out there and let me know there was a Rebate for the Blades.
Sam didn't waste any time on getting the blades.
He also let me know that Installing them is part of the service.
Sam went the extra mile to help me with my phone to do the rebate! ( WOW!! ) What an amazing employee! I will for sure be back.

Always leave here impressed with their customer service mentality. Painless warranty replacement of failed battery was the highlight of this visit. Past experiences include helping me find a part they didn't even carry. Good folks.

Great Service diagnosing and replacing car battery! Stopped in this morning, had my battery checked by Sam and confirmed it's dying. He gave me several options to chose from for replacement battery and then he installed it within the next 10 minutes and I was on my way. Great service, very friendly and super easy. I would highly recommend this location.

I need hard to find parts for an older car
I usually go to the advanced over off of Millbrook I was on the other side of town so I stopped in at this Advance store.
They had one of the three parts that I needed and they ordered the other two from two different stores one in Durham and 1 in Goldsboro.
I'll be picking them up on Tuesday morning.
The lady that helped me was very nice and very knowledgeable and knew how to locate Parts at different stores to be able to get them to the customers

Rocco was courteous and kind and provided quick and awesome service! Joey the store manager was friendly as well. Whatever your car needs are, come to this Advanced Auto Parts!!

I had an emergency...Caitlin sold me the right product for my van...& while we were talking at the counter..Rocco disappeared & reappeared...he had the new part on for me in 5 minutes!

The dude at the counter was really helpful. I needed to find the correct oil filter wrench, and he looked everything up for me and helped me select the correct one. I've always had good experiences when going to this Advance Auto. Awesome service. Thank you.

Needed a turn signal bulb. Was helped with getting the correct one for my car. The gentleman even helped me install it. The only thing that upset me was another employee telling him in front of me that he wasn't supposed to help with turn signal installment. That other employee should have waited until he was back in the store rather than say something in front of a customer and embarrassing the employee helping me and myself.

Oh my gracious, where do I begin? I went to advanced auto to pick up a part my family’s mechanic broke (yes broke and made me pay for everything, never again) and Joey did such an amazing job helping me out. We drove back and forth for over an hour (the part that broke wasn’t the reason I took it to a mechanic) and Joey helped me out every step of the way, even giving me piece of mind on what was actually wrong with my car. I would highly recommend coming to this advanced auto! You would not be disappointed!
