Ernesto P. went above & beyond to help me replace my car battery. My Volkswagen Beetle is very compact and it’s challenging to replace parts. He did not give up! Quitting is not a word in his vocabulary. He also saw I needed a new bulb. He has initiative. Ernesto P. tried his best to try and replace my headlight bulb but again, my car is challenging with its compact space in the hood. He didn’t have to bother, but he did! Can’t thank him enough, a life saver! Will definitely come back to this establishment.

John was fantastic. Dealer told me my battery was bad. Told them not replace since I usually do what I can on repairs. Battery was bad and Duralast backed up the warrantee. All go Auto Zone! Garner NC location

Featherstone was the best help. He educated me on how to put my windshield wiper blades on as well as did it for me. Great customer service at this location from the whole staff.

I just bought windshield wipers for my car and the store manager John was super gracious and offered to install them for me. I found that great customer service and will definitely go back for my car needs.

I've been to this location on 401 across from Costcos several times. They do a free diagnostic. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. They will also help you put on wiper blades. I've ordered parts online and returned them to this location with no problem.

Came in to get a replacement battery for my sons BMW. Typically, they won’t touch these batteries due to the difficulty of installation. But Ivan was incredible and offered to help out. It was not an easy install to say the least but Ivan had a great sense of humor and worked until he finished the job. Big thanks to Ivan and his colleague for going above and beyond. They made a customer for life!

I went to buy a spark plug socket and was greeted with a friendly welcome and a smile. I ended up getting a shop light as well and as luck would have it I got the wrong socket and the light didn’t work, when I returned it I was greeted with the same welcome and smile, the exchange was hassle free and easy. This is the reason I stopped going to there competition around the corner, the people and manager here are always friendly and helpful!!

It was like divine providence. Seriously. My back right turn signal started dying while I was turning into an apartment complex for a delivery. The AutoZone was right there beside it like a shining beacon of automotive repair parts. They had exactly one of the packs of bulbs I needed in stock. Thank you for ensuring I could drive safely. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and got me checked out quick. 5/5.

Came in with my girlfriend to get her new windshield wiper blades (neither of us know anything about cars) and luckily James the store manager was there to help us. He was able to tell us what size wipers we needed, and tell us that adding on bug washer fluid would give us 10% off so it paid for itself, and offered to put on the blades for us. When he came out to put them on he looked under the hood first, showed us where to pour in the bug fluid, quickly told us everything he was checking on/looking out for under the hood, and saw corrosion on the battery so he went back in to get a spray to fix it, and then replaced the blades for us. Will definitely come back to this location for any future car needs!

James the store mgr helped me replace my headlight bulbs. He has helped me on multiple occasions. And I have always been very pleased with his service and willingness to educate me.
Casey also helped me get the QR code scanned and was friendly and helpful as well.

I came to this store in need of a new windshield wiper blade. Not only were the two gentlemen on staff helpful in finding the right wiper blade for my car, they installed it as well. The entire process from start to finish took less than 20 minutes. Thank you for your friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service gentlemen. I deeply appreciate it!

This evening, I returned my old battery to be refunded the core charge. The guys informed me that the battery was damaged and still under a 3-year warranty. The employees were professional while testing/inspecting the battery and reimbursing the warranty claim. I am glad I took my business to the AutoZone on 401N across from Costco. Thank you!

AutoZone on 401 in Garner is the best! I had a flat tire right in front of the store and when I came in incredibly frazzled, Brett quickly picked up on that and was so polite, professional, and helpful. He was truly my hero that day! He is such an outstanding employee and makes me want to shop there every time now.

Alek M took great care of us. I have a Dodge Ram that needed a battery. When we walked in there was another customer who was getting attitude from an employee. Alex M took care of that client, who left happy and still gave us quick and efficient service. He deserves 10 stars and will always get a raving referral from me.

Carlos is the best. Only technician I've ever seen to have fun and pretend to treat your car like a hospital patient. He also did a great job with training an employee and teaching good customer service skills.
