Jersey Mike's Subs

Stopped in to order carry out today. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Every person greeted me( and it was kinda busy)...everyone was friendly and fast and they all seemed to work really well together like a well oiled machine. What made me really want to write a review, was how helpful they were to an older woman that I watched them be so kind to. The place was very clean, and the to go food was fantastic. Having seen some other businesses with staffing issues, this stood out so much that I couldn't NOT leave a review immediately. I SEE YOU Jersey Mike's on Carolina Beach Rd. ( and I hope to see you often!)

Best jersey mikes in Wilmington! They put double the meat that the Carolina beach location put on my sandwich! Not Only that they have the best customer service, super friendly people and the fastest service ever! If you’re going to get subs go here! THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!

This is the FRIENDLIEST jersey mikes location I have ever been to. And I travel for work— so I’ve been to a lot of Jersey mikes. I don’t just go write reviews for food joints but I had to share how pleasant these employees were. So positive, attentive, sweet, and uplifting. Didn’t know going into a sub sandwich shop on my way home would bring me so much joy. Honorable mention: the cleanest public bathroom I’ve ever used on the road.

The staff here was super nice and our lunch was perfect after a morning on the beach! Restaurant was clean and we've already decided we'll be stopping by again!

Earlier this week I stopped in for a cheesesteak. I mentioned to the nice young man that last time I purchased a cheesesteak from a different location that they had given me a very small sub (bread loaf was extremely narrow) He instantly started making my sandwich and showed me the bread to make sure it was normal to me. His name is Ty, and he decided to give me a discount on my sandwich because of my last experience and I frequent Jersey Mike’s often. This kind and professional gesture absolutely made my night and his dedication to customer satisfaction is rare these days. I will only be going to this location because of his awesome work ethic and great attitude. He was an absolute delight and made me a customer for life of the CB road location. THANK TY!

I enjoy Jersey Mike’s often but wanted to make sure I give this location 5 stars today after receiving excellent customer service.

Ordered a portobello steak, received a portobello and Swiss (no steak). Didn’t notice till I took a bite after getting home. Took it back and they corrected the order and gave me the port steak. Honest mistake corrected, and I am a happy customer.

Jersey Mike's is always good! The Number 7 and 13 is delicious! Can get pretty busy during the weekdays at lunch, but this particular location is great at doing their online orders on time too. So if you just want to take something to go that is a great option too. However, they are usually working fast so the line moves pretty quickly!

When I walk into this Jersey Mike's location the theme song to Cheer's plays in my head! If you're young... Google it! If you're my age or older, you know what I'm talking about. I always order from the Jersey Mike's App on my phone to collect Shore Points to earn free subs and skip the line when I get there. And the Employees All Know My Name now. It didn't take long before they knew me...after a couple of orders. It always brightens my day to walk in and have their faces light up and greet me with my amazing fresh food. I walk out happy. Even if traffic from work was TERRIBLE, or my day SUCKED...At least they brighten up the 10 minutes before I get home so my night isn't ruined. Thank you Jersey Mike's staff for your exceptional customer service and quality of food!

This place is great! My workplace orders 2-3 online orders of about 6 subs and salads every few days. It's always ready when I arrive, the order is right, the service is fast, and the employees even know my name.

I had their Ruben and it was so yummy, I almost asked for another one! Place was clean, bathroom well stocked, people friendly. A little pricey just for subs, but they have really good subs, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Love Jersey Mike’s but esp the Masonboro location. Staff is super friendly and they sure know how to make a sub!!! They listen to you and make it exactly the way you ask. Store is very clean. I’m glad they opened this store!

I have been to this store multiple times in the last 3 months and EVERY TIME the staff has been amazing! I have seen a few different faces and it doesn't matter who is working- they greet ppl as soon as they enter and make the ordering process friendly and fast! Thank you guys for all the hard work!

Grabbed some sandwiches here on the way to the beach. Typical Jersey Mikes. Restaurant is small inside, not much seating. Probably only like 4 tables.
Employees friendly and place was clean.
Located in a little strip mall headed south towards Carolina Beach near a Food Lion. Plenty of parking.

Best subs and location in town!!! Will never go anywhere else! The crew here has the most excellent customer service and makes DELICIOUS sandwiches! 100 out of 10!
