Subway

Went at 2pm on a weekday and the place was clean and quiet. Food was good, hot and just as ordered. Great experience today.

Let me tell you something. I’ve never had a sub better than the one I had here. The young man who made my sandwhich, I believe his name was Curt. A very kind worker who worked very hard to get everyone’s orders. He was all alone on his shift and gave the greatest service he could. He is truly a hero in the service industry and deserves a raise and a promotion. In case i got his name wrong, he was working on May 11 2024 at 6 pm. He was such a great person to talk to and showed such hospitality, he made my trip to Wilmington worth it!

Stopped Sunday before going to the beach. The guy working there was great! He was there alone because of a call off, and there were several ppl waiting. He handled it professionally and apologized for our wait. Seeing a young worker handle the situation so well was positive. Cudos to him.

The one man working today at 6pm made it super duper delicious. I would say that there needs to be more than one person working but he was such a sunshine to this subway. Subway man for president 2024.

The 2 guys working and the lady were awesome! They were talkative cool and told us everything we needed to know like where napkins were in the way out. As far as subways go which I eat at them allllll the time these were my favorite people!

Always go to Subway when I'm at Carolina Beach..Cam is an awesome young man.

The young man who waited on us was absolutely great. He was friendly and provided excellent customer service. We wish him the best.

I understand now why they call their employees sandwich artists. It speaks to a higher calling, a greater approach to customer service and food preparation. So, to that point--in one word, SAM, short for Subway employee Samantha. My family and I met her when we came in for dinner, and she was by far one of the best employees in any food service we have ever encountered. Friendly, kind, compassionate and helpful throughout completing the food order for six people.
She never once wavered in her patience, tone, or professionalism. She was playful and gentle with our children, and Incredibly polite. Her other partner working there was also very helpful, but Sam provided some of the best customer service I've ever had in my life. Their Subways all over this country, but if you are passing through this area you simply must stop by and ask for her. Not only will you have a wonderful face-to-face encounter with an amazing human being, but most likely have one of the most delicious sandwiches you've ever eaten.

Love the new menu It's About Time Subway thank you! The new owners are great I do miss the other guys that used to own Subway. I always felt like I was walking into a Russian mafia place LOL they were such gentle Giants though good luck to the new owners I will still continue to get Subway there when I have my lunch break! Please please Subway bring back peanut butter cookies!!!!!

Love the guy who made my sandwich, he's chill and nice, I'm not used to talking to people but it was a nice interaction. Hope to see him the next time I go to the beach side

Always super friendly staff, we usually come in around the lunch rush, so it's pretty busy, but we are taken care of and out all within 10 minutes.

Really nice workers! The employee that helped me was so nice! They completed my mask and made my sandwich very quickly. I really appreciate how they still require masks in the store.

I love this place! The person with the purple hair was so nice and helpful! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely be coming again.

Carry out or eat in, call from car or home, come in wearing face mask; it is all good! You are safe to eat here as employees practice very good food handling practices and social distancing in service and seating/eating arrangements; I come here often, at the Carolina Beach Subway; This team of sandwich makers do an excellent job in preparing, processing, packaging and checking out. There are only 3 behind the counter, but they are quick and efficient. The vegetables and bread are always fresh. My sub-sandwich is always made to order and to my satisfaction. Since I have been here several times, they remember what I like to order. The inside seating area is always clean and the drink area is neat and organized. You can come and go out in under 5 minutes. This is my go to lunch spot in town. I'm trying to stay away from fried foods lately, so it is refreshing to get a sandwich such as Subway.

If you are going to go to a subway, go to this one! The staff here is incredible, they make your sandwiches quickly and efficiently and get it right every time. They are also all extremely friendly, and this goes for all of the staff there! They are absolutely going above and beyond, anytime I have to go to another subway it just doesn’t compare to this one.

The guy who works there schooled me on the history of the BMT. Delicious sandwiches and smart staff. Best SUBWAY I've ever had. They also have a salsa sauce that I've never seen at a SUBWAY​ before. Good stuff!
