This is my go-to store for my daughter who LOVES Hot Topic! We’ve been shopping here for years. I love the fact they have so much variety in all sizes and the freedom of self expression!

All the employees have been awesome every time I’ve visited, but I have to give a SPECIAL shout out to KATIE!! I had several online pickup orders last week so I was in the store like three days straight. On day one of meeting KATIE she was AMAZING! She greeted me as I’m accustomed to, but she was just super chill with her personality and helped me return and place an in store order for an item my daughter wanted. There were some challenges along the way with low stock and my form of payment, but KATIE didn’t let that get on the way lol. She was VERY knowledgeable in her position and found a resolution for everything!

I also APPRECIATED the fact that she EXPLAINED everything she could offer me with my return by using an in store gift card for my online order. This is called simplicity! But the PLUS was how she found so many ways for me to SAVE so much money every time! I won’t reveal the secrets 🤫 … you’ll just have to meet KATIE on your own! 😅 Thanks KATIE for going ABOVE and BEYOND! YOU ROCK and I will be returning soon! A fairly well-organized Hot Topic!

I was on my phone for like 15 minutes (I was high), just browsing through everything, and the cashier was still so nice to me that I had to buy 2 shirts...

I LOVE hot topic. I can get beauty and the beast merchandise, hello kitty, Stitch, Halloween, purses, or Friday the thirteenth. If you are looking for it, they probably got it! Plus the service here was fantastic and was quick to check out. I honestly plan to come back and buy some makeup and some things for my wedding. I do wish the clearance rack was a bit bigger, but that is okay as I understand it is tinner than most.

Great employees who are knowledgeable and have been costumers themselves for years. Great experience overall.

Friendly helpful staff, not like my hot topic from the 2000's, but still a place id 10/10 reccomend

Took my daughter here to get some shirts. She's into 90's Hip Hop, R&B and Rap so we grab a TLC, and 2 Pac tee-shirts. The customer service was great. We were meet with greetings upon entering the store. The sales associate gave us details on which sales that were available and told us she'll be around if we needed any help. At the register, the cashier asked if we found everything ok and made sure we had all we needed. She rang up our purchase, counted back my change, thanked me, and told us to come back again. Overall my experience was great and I'll definitely return in the future. Keep up the good work guys.

Amazing quality and price for everything they sell. Sales are so worth it. I always get a great deal everytime I go. Last time I went i got a bathing suit and two shirts for 30 dollars during a sale.

Great staff! Small selection. Honestly this place needs more stuff but the staff make you feel super welcome and make you want to come back. Great group of humans 🖖🏾

Love the clothes and anime themed merchandise they have going on. There's more to see though so check it out if you have the time. It's worth it.

Awesome place. I love shopping here. Tons of band shirts and hip fashion's! Sale's representatives are always helpful and friendly. They always have BOGO sales and great specials.

They have t-shirts on sale and buy one get one 30% off on some other stuff. Store neat and counter people very friendly.

I gave it five stars because I love the stuff choices from shows anime and bands They dont have my size though -w-

Extremely friendly staff! Great selection as usual. Will come back if they ever get more Moomin stuff.
