Asheville Crafted Edge

Needed help getting a good edge on my Benchmade Adamas that has a blade made from notoriously tough steel.. it was no problem for Sam. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and eager to help. Awesome little shop with great people. Incredible selection of knives and accessories. 10/10 recommend this shop if you have any bladed needs. Thanks again Sam! I'll definitely be back.

I love this place!! Such a wonderful asset to the community. If you have any knife needs or even questions, they're pros and are so kind and helpful! The also do demos and make knives right there in front of you. True artisans who know their craft!!

This store has a great selection of high-quality kitchen supplies and the staff is both very friendly and knowledgeable. They also carry handmade kitchen knives by local and regional Smiths that definitely surpass the quality of the big name brands.

Very cool place, knowledgeable and affordable. Sharpened our entire set for $22 in less than an hour. I’ll be back for sharpening and will buy from him whenever we need to upgrade.

Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful! We just happened to walk by the store while walking around Asheville and had to go in! Great selection of knives and other cooking tools as well as local tea & coffee. Can't wait to get back to Asheville and visit crafted edge again soon!

Awesome knife shop that stocks popular brands as well as stuff from local makers. Owner is very educated and was happy to show me around his shop. Will absolutely visit this spot again next time I’m in town

Samuel was very knowledgeable and had a nice selection of very nice chef’s knives in addition to knives by local craftsmen. He gave us a “tour” of his workshop and showed us “Jeffrey”. I purchased 2 beautiful knives to take home to my kitchen. Thank you again!

Owner is very nice! Taught me a lot about knives and sharpening! Been using a strop I bought from the store and it’s been keeping my blade sharp!
