Viking septic is awesome! Got us out of a bad situation with added complications in less than 48 hours, starting with answering my text at 10pm. Patrick was immediately tuned in to my needs and was willing an able to work with our home warranty. Wes is a pro that knows how to fine tune a system & explain what he's done & why. These guys deserve your business!

Nice People. I called to get my septic tank pumped and the gentleman on the phone said they were booked up. He told me that he would try to squeeze me in their schedule and would call back. Sure enough, he called me back as promised. We set up an appointment for that day.

The gentleman that showed up was friendly. He said that everything looked good except that the white plastic filter wasn't clean, and that it likely wasn't cleaned properly from the last time it was serviced. He told me that he took care of it and cleaned it really well. Before he left he said that he appreciated my business. Well, I appreciate that you guys were so nice to deal with.

Viking was actually helping my neighbor have his septic tank pumped. When I asked if they had time to come do mine, they said absolutely. They came right over and found our entry point. They dug until they accessed it and didn't wreck the yard or landscaping. Then, to our surprise, they started digging another hole. They explained that there's actually 2 entry points. Our first septic company we used 5 years ago only pumped one side. Viking then explained there's 2 chambers. One for solids, and the other for mainly liquids. And if they didn't pump both sides, they didn't do it right. Viking did a great job and Patrick was incredibly friendly. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
