Starbucks

I go to this Starbucks almost every day. I originally came to write a review because I wanted to show my appreciation. However, while reading the other reviews I’ve noticed a lot of negativity and felt I needed to defend these guys. Everyone is complaining of the wait times and attitudes. This Starbucks is small the parking lot is small the store is small and it’s the only Starbucks in canal and they get A LOT of volume at certain times so of course it’s going to be a long wait! It is not their fault. When I pull up to the window these guys are non stop moving! It doesn’t happen all the time but prior to going I just expect to wait 15-20 minutes and I never complain because the staff there is absolutely amazing (especially Kendall). I also work in customer service in canal and this isn’t everyone but the people in canal are some of the most entitled and rude people I’ve ever dealt with. So if the staff is giving an attitude (which I find hard to believe) then it was probably well deserved. Anyways thanks to all the wonderful staff at the canal Starbucks for being awesome and kind and always working hard.

The girls were very nice and were definitely moving fast with all the orders. It was busy but everyone was so nice and just doing a great job. They made my morning just a little better!

This is the best and most amazing . Starbucks ever!!! They NEVER mess up our drinks. Always kind & sweet !!! They give great service. They're one of the best and we visit almost every day there.

People are super nice! And it’s a long wait but it’s worth it. I get the cookie crumble Frappuccino with extra whip! It’s really good. I used drive through but going inside is better because it’s faster.

Great location, great coffee with friendly faces, and humorous personalities. They make my bad days better.

The drink was not the one I had ordered, just an honest mistake from the barista, and they very very kindly remade it. Great experience.

I go here a lot actually and get the same thing venti Carmel ribbon crunch frappe with a flat-top lid. VERY BUSY, but they’re ALWAYS so polite. They usually go pretty fast but sometimes it’s slow but also they never get a break it’s always wrapped around the entire building . Great job guys you’re awesome, keep up the amazing work!

Convenient place to stop for coffee. Clean restrooms as well.

This is a nice Starbucks. They get your order together fast and it taste great.

Absolutely love this place! Kindall is absolutely AMAZING! The baristas are always making friendly conversation, they remember my name, and give helpful advice on drinks, foods, etc. The hot drinks are at a perfect temp for the outdoor gloomy weather in April. We’ve never had a bad experience here, it’s been fantastic.

Quick stop for my favorite Vanilla Bean Scones and a Cinnamon Dolce Latte.

Good store! Drink order errors are very rare and when told politely about it they are quick to fix it. Also one guy went out of his way to tell me about refills on the rewards program when in cafe. If you’re reading this man, I appreciate you!

Used to be my least favorite but now it’s become one of my favorite Starbucks. Staff are nice and courteous. Special shoutout to Kendall for being so nice and cheerful!

The service i received from this location was exceptional! Staff was extremely kind to assist with order and friendly. The only complaint that I have is that there is no way in the app to do a split pay.
My total came to $12.65 and I only had $10 worth of gift cards. So if corporate is monitoring this, this would be an excellent addition to the app.

I'm not really a coffee drinker but came here with some friends who are. I explained to the young woman at the counter that I not much of a coffee drinker but would like something not too strong a little sweet. She gave me great suggestions and the coffee I ordered ended up being PERFECT! It was a very pleasant experience.

This starbucks is always backed up'd. The wait is worth it. Have some of the sweetest drive thru batistas.

My friend and I visited the drive-through at the Starbucks at 6130 Gender Rd. in Canal Winchester, Ohio while we had been traveling from Columbus to Chestnut Ridge Metro Park [about six miles to the southeast].

My friend had wanted a "tropical smoothie" [or something like that]; all that I had wanted had been some cold water.

I normally would not write a "Google Maps" review about a ten-minute visit to a drive-through [most of which had been sitting in the car while we had been moving forward very slowly]; however, it had been during that trip that I had learned that Starbucks now uses "strawless lids" [of which I had never heard until I had received my large glass of cold water and had looked at the lid].

I had been able to drink my glass of cold water quite efficiently -- both in the car and at Chestnut Ridge Metro Park -- by using the "strawless lid"; no straw had been involved.

I am aware that environmentalists have been seeking to reduce or eliminate the use of plastic straws when cold beverages are served; Starbucks has definitely made a step in the right direction by developing "strawless lids" for their cold beverages.

Extremely busy location. But also extremely friendly, fast, accurate services. The app will move you threw quicker, only if you do pick up inside. Which based off of how busy this location is ALL of the time that's exactly what I would do use the app and pick up inside.

Always kind when I come in and my drink is usually ready when I walk in or they are working on it. When I speak with staff they are very friendly and helpful. I enjoying starting my day off with people who seem to be in some way happy even if it's just for the job or not. :)
