Subway

This is the Subway I go to the most. It's only a couple blocks from where I live. Nice location in the downtown area. The employees are friendly and keep it clean. The food is usually pretty good. There is not usually a line there, at least when I have been in there.

So I literally live steps away from the subway. Coming home from work. I was exhausted. Didn’t want to make anything had a taste for pizza. I know it sounds weird. Stopped in a subway that had a cheese pizza. I got extra cheese. It was good I didn’t expect it from them. Satisfied very inexpensive $5 🤷🏽‍♀🍕🍕

Absolutely the best subway sandwich I have ever bought. This Hancock St location was on point with meats, cheese, toppings and customer service bought three seperated foot longs this picture doesn't show justice. Well worth the 🤑..

Subway has always been a fave of mine. It's the people who work there that could be the issue.

To the owner of this particular Subway, I have been in the food industry my entire career, and I want you to know that your staff is absolutely lovely. Every time I come in, I am greeted with genuine enthusiasm, and what seems to be a very happy staff. They are wonderful and deserve to know what an awesome job they do. Please tell them. Every day, because they deserve to hear it. Thank you for making my day a little bit brighter, and keep doing what you do!!

I was in between meetings and very, very hungry. I had a gift card, so I used it. The place was extremely busy, but the ladies making the subs remained patient, professional, and on top of it. They were also, somehow, able to remain personable. Above and beyond! How much so? I feel compelled to write a review about Subway. The two ladies working there this afternoon absolutely deserve it. I''d hire you both in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Delicious food. I just ordered my usual— a footlong chicken bacon ranch with cheese lettuce spinach and cucumber— so nothing out of the ordinary. Husband and I walked to the location from Hancock House, location was easy ish to find once we overcame our bad map reading skills. Employee was a little tough for me to understand so I made the husband order.

The food was absolutely great and so was the service

I was just in there. The place is spotless. I have never in my life seen a restaurant that clean. The sub I ordered was great and the employee was very friendly.

The turkey sub on a baked cheesy bread was delicious. Seeing an old childhood friend who Managed the restaurant was an added plus to my visit.

The sub and soda I got here was made fast and tasted awesome. I ate here twice so far and enjoyed it very well.

Fast service the two ladies work well together. Was a perfect spot in the east of Muhammad Ali

I've eaten at Subways all over the United States and the one located on Hancock in Louisville KY is one of the best! Charles and Deepak are always courteous, friendly and fast. Today I'm trying turkey on the spinach wrap. Thanks guys!

The people working here are nice and know their jobs. The parking lot is a bit of a hassle and it might be a bit of a pain for wheelchair users to navigate. That being said this location does have a drive through.

Very impressed with the restaurants cleanliness and the professionalism of the employees, especially Deepak, who usually takes care of my order. Additionally, the service is fast and accurate which is always a big positive.

Best place to get a wonderful sandwich after a long day. Employees are very friendly. Always smiling . And they make sandwiches pretty fast . Highly recommended

This subway is the friendliest & most welcoming I've been to. Charles is quick and friendly, great worker. My next visit ill try a meatball sub.

Never croudy hardly anybody seems ever go there but they stay in business

The young lady who works here hipped me on to having parm cheese sprinkled on my Philly steak melt. Omg y'all! Try it!
