Panera Bread

Went in there for first time today during lunch. They were really busy. Employees were friendly and keep it clean. I decided to try out the bear claw. It was pretty good. Definitely worth a stop if you are downtown.

Went here to pick up breakfast for family in hospital 🏥. Order was correct. Nice service packing a bag with handles as we were picking up for four people. It was also quick service and friendly workers. 😀

First time at this location. Very pleased with the quick service in the midst of a busy environment. Employees were very friendly and engaged with customers. Food quality is top notch. I love the Mediterranean bowl with chicken! The bowls are a great option for those who need to eat gluten free. Very healthy and filling.

Had a delicious steak sandwich for the 10th time!! When I get the chance,I can't wait to get one. Next time,I will take a photo

You have a woman that works there that goes above and beyond her job to greet you by your name and ask you how your day is. I have talked to on the patio and she is so nice and courteous. If I have. question of what's good to try she is able to give me the right information for me to make a purchase.

Her name is Scotlyn. She is your best and waiting on the customer.

It had been a long time since eating at Panera Bread but had always loved it. Since I had taken my dad to a doctor appt and they were conveniently located right across the hall I figured there was no better excuse to have lunch there. The food was great just like I had already remembered, however I feel like the price of the Pick Two has gotten a little pricey compared to the amount of food you get. I ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and broccoli and cheese soup. Because they were located inside the hospital and we were there at the heart of lunch time they were so extremely busy you could barely move inside. But that didn't affect the wait time for your food at all! Even with people standing shoulder to shoulder we still received our meal in about 5 mins or a little less and everything was fresh tasting and our order was correct. I was completely shocked. My parents also thought their meal was very good. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Love this place. Can't beat their coffee and bagels, reminds me of home. (NY) This location here at the corner of Chestnut and Preston is always busy but the staff is always nice and they keep the place well stocked and super clean!

This Panera GETS IT DONE!!! I stared coming here to mix up my routine. I like the food options. The app is easy to use to customize my order and save my favorites. The sip club got me coming more often, I love the ice tea/charged lemonade and the coffee is always on point -- shout out to Kendra and Betty. I really appreciate that the food is always fresh (NEVER any wilted lettuce and there is always a good portion of food). And most of all, the staff at this Panera location work exceptionally hard to feed so many people so efficiently. They get orders out quickly and correctly. There are always plenty of cup lids/straws and tea/coffee ready to go. The front of the house is friendly making eye contact and smiling. They help me quickly resolve issues if I ever have them. And I know the back of the house is a flurry of people working hard together. I really appreciate that this Panera works so hard!

THE MAC & CHEESE WITH BACON IS TO DIE FOR. MY SISTER HAD A VEGAN CLAIM CHOWDER THAT WAS GREAT AS WELL!

It was my first time in there. Good food and good location if you have medical stuff going on.

Great coffee flavors and pick two options

For the amount of business they do at lunch, my food came quick and done right. I do wish there was more seating for the medical campus. They utilize the space well though with what they have. The cashiers are always friendly and super nice. I visit weekly, sometimes more. It's much cheaper than the hospital for breakfast bagels and taste better too!!

Omg, I had the most delicious breakfast this morning! It was a bacon/spinach souffle with egg and cheese and an oatmeal with strawberries/pecans sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar! That along with the hazelnut coffee was great. Really try the souffle, it has a wonderful flaky pastry like crust and you can't get this any where else.

Quick and efficient staff were kind

Relaxing, fast place. Kiosks self ordering machines. Not too busy, amazing staff. Yummy food I bought a blueberry muffin which was served warm, soft, and filling. My favorite morning drinks are the mango and the strawberry banana smoothies they leave me feeling energized. The smell of the bakery treats are mesmerizing.

The cashier Renee was friendly. Made it home 25 minutes after I placed my order and my soup was still pipping hot. The employees all seemed happy to be working there and all were smiling.

Had a larger order for lunch to day and everything came out fresh and on time. Gentleman handling pick up orders was kind and helpful.

Been here many times in the last couple of months, service and food have always been great. Josh manages the place professionally and never seems to slow down. His employees are very friendly and helpful!

It has been a long day at UofL Hospital with a family member passing away. It was 6:30. Went down to Panera with my newly wed wife to eat our first real meal of the day. Ordered the regular grilled cheese and tomato soup. While waiting for our food, I asked if they could spare a couple of leftover loaves of bread that I could bring back to the waiting room for the rest of the grieving family.
They gave me a 15 pound bag of leftover breads and goodies for free!
Glad to see a place were the good taste is matched with a good heart. #Louisville
