Back open after renovations! The new space is modern and clean. Service is still the same quality, top notch!

As a former partner, I know how intense peak can be. I have worked every shift at many different locations and successfully ran morning peak on a regular basis. That being said, I am no longer getting my beverages at a discount/free. I am now paying $6.09 for each refresher I choose to purchase. PLEASE shake the drink. It truly makes a difference in flavor AND in my morning commute if it is shaken properly. The staff here is always friendly, but I have had two instances where my beverage isn't shaken and it throws off my day. My usual is a strawberry refresher with lemonade and no berries. We ALL know if you don't shake these, the juice or lemonade will sit on top which really makes an impact on the overall beverage. I believe I spoke to Carol at some point or someone with a similar name. Giving 5 stars across the board hoping my drink will be made correctly going forward.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Starbucks, and I must say that the staff there exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. It was evident that customer satisfaction was their top priority, and they went above and beyond to make my experience truly memorable.

I love this Starbucks! They have learned my name and the line always moves swiftly. I appreciate the amazing customer service and getting me to my coffee ASAP as I am definitely not a morning person!

Very busy location. I'd advise doing a mobile order about 10 minutes in advance of when youd want to pick up. Drive thru lane and inside service both very busy

It’s always nice to visit this Starbucks location. Their services is quick and accurate. I love ordering the pineapple matcha drink, it’s so refreshing ❤

Great service and super nice inside area. Feels very professional and inviting. Food was good and coffee is great. But that pretty much every Starbucks I go to. But the inside area here was particularly nice. I loved the wall art and the couches. Go in next time and grab a breaded treat and look at all the wall art. It's worth it.

I can honestly say this is the best Starbucks I’ve been too in my life. The people are extraordinary here with the customer service and the attention they give to each customer. I am in awe because I’ve never got treatment like this from a store. Michael, Shante, and Kayla has really been absolutely divine. Amongst other workers as well. I am just in disbelief of the customer service here. I mean let’s be honest I get okay service at Starbucks some times nice service, I even get exceptional service at times. But the service at this store is beyond extraordinary. If I was an owner this would be the store I’d like the locations to model. It doesn’t get any better than this. The customer service really makes all the difference. Thank you so much for everything you guys do. I am so grateful! It’s those small things that matter and you guys have shown that consistently with kindness, compassion, and the willingness to duplicate any drink for us nondairy drinkers. It honestly makes a bad morning a wonderful day. A long stressful day magically turns into happiness!

I have two locations about the same distance from me. I keep coming to this one! They’re on it (and it does get busy weekday AM) and interpret drinks the right way — Not having to wonder if the drinks will be watery, lackluster is so refreshing:

As someone who generally enjoys coffee at any time, I can confidently visit this Starbucks location and know that the service will be well above standard. I drove by today on my way out of the house and ordered a coffee. My order was by no means easy, but Saint was so gracious in making my drink. She asked questions to make sure she had my order correct and even delivered it to me at the window with a smile and a great attitude. The other young lady at the window took orders and still managed to continue a conversation with me all at the same time. This exemplifies teamwork and good customer service, keep it up guys! 💯

I really enjoy visiting this Starbucks. The staff is friendly and courteous. They do a great job with every order I have placed here. Whether it be buying coffee to brew at home, they will grind it for you for free. And, on the exact grind I want...finely ground for me! I like strong coffee! Or an Iced Caramel Macchiatto..they give me the option of taking the straw. I don't have to ask for 1. Or anything else I order. I've always had a great experience at this Starbucks!

Great, friendly staff, even on Thanksgiving morning! Our coffees were perfect. Breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Thank you to the folks working that day on Thanksgiving and not giving off the vibe that they didn't want to be there! I hope your bosses see this and appreciate what a great staff they have!!

Always great! The baristas here are very helpful. Offered great advice and educated me about what they could do with some of their drinks as far as special ordering and customizing. They have a beautiful building in which to enjoy you coffee and get some work done.

Great staff, almost always available seating, has separate outdoor patio with additional seating, clean, festive, comfortable, ample parking. It's still looks like the day it opened. Highly recommend, the service is quick and accurate. Kudos to the staff and management, it's my favorite Starbucks in the area.

I've been coming to this Starbucks and I've had a better experience than the Ashford dunwoody and ravina one. Drive thru is pretty quick, great drinks. Never had an issue. Looks like outdoor patio is open for seating.

Good location although the staff was a little slow and confused, got a few things wrong and the egg bites were cold. Might have been an off day and will go back.
