We were extremely impressed with Comfortmaster. They were very responsive and kept in contact with us leading up to our appointment. Anthony was very knowledgeable. He was able to show us what was going on with our system and repair it quickly. He was up front about pricing at every step which let us make informed decisions about our repairs.

My husband and I initially chose Comfortmaster because of the positive reviews and the quick replies from the company. Other companies kept us waiting or didn't call back in a timely manner, but Bob was very responsive! Bob gave us various repair and install options, took our personal needs into account, and allowed us to choose the best fit for us without putting too much pressure on us. During the installation, Scott was very pleasant to work with and he even called to answer a question of mine late at night, after the long installation day! All of the employees cleaned up once they were done and respected my home. Scott and Bob both followed up once the job was done as well. I have lived in a lot of places and dealt with many different service providers, and overall I was impressed with this company. Thanks guys! :)

UPDATE: The above review was posted a while ago, but I just wanted to update it since we have had Shawn and Mike (I believe) come out for other issues since, and they have been really friendly, professional, and very informative as well. This is a good company to work with long-term. --Katie & Pat

As a customer of almost 20 years I'm happy to recommend Comfort Master and their excellent service. The staff are all knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. Once we used an alternative company to install a replacement HVAC system because they were half the price. Company was nationally known but contracted out with regional independent techs. What a mistake! System only lasted 5 years (vs. 10) substandard parts and reused old duct work. Annual maintenance was poor. Getting someone to repair a problem was a hassle. You get what you pay for. Never again! We're back for good, Comfort Master!

I have been with Comfort Master a little over 16 years and I would definitely recommend their services. It's always a pleasure and any time I have an issue I get immediate response from Mr Anthony and team. We had an expansion tank leak and Anthony came on site within a half hour. He made the repair quickly and saved us from significant additional leakage. He was professional and accurate with his estimate. We are very happy with Comfortmaster service.

Bob, the serviceman who came to my house, was a wonderful surprise, given what I've become accustomed to from contractors in this area. He did not speak down to me, he explained everything that was going on in detail. He was professional and knowledgeable, very personable. Despite the considerable problems in my home, he made me comfortable and secure in the knowledge that it all will be fixed quickly and correctly.
The lady that I spoke to when I made my appointment was also extremely knowledgeable and put my mind at ease that all would be well soon.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Excellent experience all around.

A wonderful experience. The servicing of my boiler and heating system was really good. Anthony was prompt in coming to my residence and helpful with recommendation which made me feel assured and confident.

Comfortmaster is a company that always delivers. We had heating and air conditioning installed nine years ago and have stayed with them for maintenance. They subscribe to a high level of professional service. They always explain clearly the best options. If you have an unexpected situation they do everything possible to come on the same day. Highly recommended!

Comfortmaster is always excellent. They have helped us out many times in the past and are always communicative and we never feel they are trying to sell us fixes or parts we don't need. Bob and Anthony in particular are really good guys. Anthony just went above and beyond a few weeks ago by crawling under the house in very tight quarters through cobwebs (and who know what else?) to discover and fix a problem for us. Wow.

Adam is a true professional. He answered all our questions about purchasing a new boiler. We knew we were on borrowed time with the old system last year. He explained the new "System 2000" to Pattie and I without any hesitation and had given us the confidence to purchase the system. The work performed by Comfortmaster was what we expected. They work clean and neat and they answered any questions I had during the installation. The other technician that was on the job John was also professional in his work and a pleasure to speak with. We are very pleased with the new system we have purchased.

Our old central cooling/heating system stopped working on the Wednesday and Bob was here that afternoon to look at it. Bob was knowledgeable and gave me sound advice! I decided to replace the system (it was over 15yo) and we had our new air conditioning unit in by Friday in time for weekend!

Their customer service was exceptional. The new system was installed efficiently and once they had completed the job they left our house just as it was when they arrived - neat and tidy! I would recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their cooling/heating units.

Professional throughout! They were timely with stopping by for an assessment, following up with an estimate, and scheduling the installation of my new boiler. The crew was friendly and polite. The installation took a day and a half, but they worked extra on the first day to make sure that I had heat in the house overnight -- much appreciated!

Comfortmaster came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I scheduled a repair call online, was called back to make an appointment shortly afterwards. A knowledgeable service technician came on time, was professional, competently performed the repair and all at a reasonable price.

With timely responses and knowledgeable conversations with Sue, it was a totally enjoyable process to set up the purchase and installation of our new AC system. Regarding the installation crew, they were professional, punctual, courteous, and completely thorough in inspecting and insuring the new system's working components before they left.
