I went here today to get my windshield replaced and I had a great experience! The waiting area is clean with complimentary drinks and WiFi. The TV had on the cooking channel which I loved and it was nice to not have to sit, wait and listen to the news. I actually got to watch something I enjoyed. Jackie at the front desk was so sweet, kind and helpful. The Tech who worked on my car, Garner, came out to introduce himself before starting was very professional, honest about how long it would take and patient answering my questions.

The customer service here was top notch and it was actually cheaper to pay out of pocket than use my insurance. I highly recommend this location if you need a windshield replaced. I'd use them again and refer friends/family.

There were communication issues with the phone representatives, phone reps are only good for scheduling! I went in-person and talked to Mr. Alba, one of the managers at Plano and he immediately took care of my service order, ordered the parts that were needed, scheduled me in! This location was professional!!!!! Calling the location itself may be the best option for you or have the phone reps reach out to the service location. I also recommend going to the shop rather than the mobile service.

They did install the windshield in 30 minutes so it was super quick. They did forget to calibrate the rain detector so it didn't work but when I went back, they found the problem and fixed it quickly and stood behind their warranty. That's why they deserve 5 stars!

Absolutely the best service ever. Insurance scheduling did not provide an option to schedule other than drop in the next day. I got there and was told to drop and come back at 5, ouch. I look back room packed, it will take a long time. The super nice attendant said you can schedule to bring another day and assured I could drive the car with the crack for a few days. Ok. When is the next appointment I asked. She looked up and said someone cancelled so they have a 1pm opening today. Without hesitation, I’ll take it.
I went back to work , came back at 1 sharp. A nice man took my keys , I got into work call. 50 mins later the nice gentleman came back and handed in my key , all ready. Just don’t pressure wash for next day and take the tape off windshield after 2 hrs. I paid and went back to work.

Easy booking, replaced my windshield in about 90 minutes, staff worked with me to get the best deal they could offer & settling up was easy. Clean waiting area and convenient location as well.

Got by 2015 Subaru outback windshield replaced and cameras calibrated. Quoted 3.5 hours and was right on the mark. Large waiting room. Some sodas but didn't see diet options. Coffee machine, water machine, and bathroom available. Thanks. Went through AAA insurance for this location.

Changed Front windshield glass of my Sienna. The only delay was to get the appointment, otherwise everything was perfect. Changed quickly and kept me updated through text messages after i opted to get the updates.
And the windshield is better looking than the previous OEM from the Factory. May be because it was produced in the beginning of previous decade😊.
Will Highly recommend their service even you pay little more than the Groupon service provider. You get guaranteed genuine product with professional service.

Absolutely excellent service. They set the standard at this location! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. I had a small window chip and it was fixed within an hour. They have a small play area for children and complimentary cans of pop while you wait. The TV was playing the NFL draft and I was so appreciative!

The only issue I had here was the online scheduling system. It completely screwed up my appointment, so when I arrived, it wasn't set up right. The staff there got me in though, and got my window fixed the same day even. I give 5 stars, because the scheduling system is not the fault of this store and they did great in remedying the situation.

Daron came out today to replace my back windshield. Talk about top-notch service! He made sure to keep in the loop as to when he’d be there. Did an EXPERT window job. Super professional. What an asset to the Safelite family. A++++

Had an appt at 1pm and was taken in on time after arrival. Was told would be about 1.5 hours for the windshield replacement and everything went smooth and was as described. Very friendly reception and tech guy explained to me how to care for next 24 hours. Large facility much larger than any other I have seen for Safelite.

While traveling in our RV we experienced an impact from an object from a Semi on our front windshield. We went to Safellite in Plano Texas. The staff was fantastic and got us in right away knowing we were 1500 miles from home and just traveling through the area. They were honest and upfront about a repair versus a new windshield. After attempting the repair to a large hole which I was able to watch the entire process I determined to go ahead with the full replacement. 2 hours later while we waiting in a very busy lobby with our two dogs. The facility was very clean, they had free snacks and coffee and everyone we spoke to was incredibly friendly. The safelite staff helped make a bad experience not as bad as it could have been. Thank you all for great service!!

Had a great experience using Safelite! Tech. Came out was very professional & kept his mask on at all time during our transaction. Was a fast & smooth process. The windshield was placed perfectly & looks great!

Joseph was my technician to repair a star in the middle of my windshield. When I say Joseph is the best! He’s kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date with his ETA. I was not home at the time of his arrival and he was willing to wait 5mins for me. He clearly explained the process and made me feel safe and secure that the process would work.
He was able to fix the star in no time!!!

Joseph went above and beyond. I was a little nervous about booking since this location had so many bad reviews but I’m glad I did book and was bless with him!!! THANK YOU and keep up the awesome work.

I saw mixed reviews, but my personal experience from check-in to getting my car windshield replacement took about an hour.
I was informed (hour and a half to two hours, however it only took about an hour)
Extremely satisfied with their service. Maybe I got lucky my vehicle was handled by a technician who got 30 years of experience. He checked in with me before and after and explained/showed me in detail about the issue I was having. With my windshield. Five-star customer service. Worth every penny.

Got a flying rock hit on the windshield and made a crack at PGBT/75 hwy. Immediately search online to find where to get it fix. Safelite was near by in East Plano. They allow walkin and got it replaired within 30 min. Front desk person was nice, took care of the insurance claim. The waiting area is clean and wonderful. A free sample of glass cleaner as a gift. Thank you for taking care of my urgent fix at 4:50 pm at the end of the day.

I recently had my front windshield replaced at this location and I must say that the people here have excellent customer service. Specially Caroline Randles went above and beyond to help me out with all the issues I faced during the service. If I ever need glass replacement service again I will definitely be going here again and will also recommend it!

I took my car in with a super cracked windshield from a hailstorm. There was some initial confusion on what the insurance company would take care of but at the end of the day we got it sorted out. I don’t know my techs name but they were awesome! They even gave me a super cute zero two sticker! It made my day. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

The front-right passenger window fell off the tracks unexpectedly 2 weeks ago and Safelite AutoGlass were available to assist me. They were fast and my passenger window operates like normal again. And the price for service was very affordable.
