Every worker was extremely polite and friendly. I was a little intimidated entering because I don’t know much about motorcycles. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to return for more gear and parts.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff and great inventory. It's hard to find a helmet for my big head and they stock a lot of sizes in Arai helmets so I was able to find what I needed. I knew I was in the right place by the way the staff was handling other customers in the store.

Employees were very helpful, professional and patient while we fitted our helmets. Pricing was fair and some discounts were available for first purchase and membership.

First off i have to say wow. The staff here are amazing at there jobs. Brandon and Evan knocked it out of the park. I came in with my mind set on getting another Bell. Brandon came over and started talking to me about my other options. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and not pushy in anyway. Brandon ended up getting me set up with a Shoei RF 1400. He was very transparent, kind, and knowledgeable with helping me. Evan helped me get setup with a different Cardo mount. He was also extremely kind and very helpful. These two are very good at their jobs here. In my opinion they both should get raises. Thank you again to both of them.

Went looking for comms system, mentioned I had some trouble connecting bluetooth to my Boom system and guy working the counter spent 45 minutes working the issue with me. In the end the comms system just would connect but what great service. Really went out of his way to help me out. Told him as soon as I got the answer I'd be back to them to purchase.

Great job….older man was super helpful when the younger kids blew me off and said the tire and rim was too small. The older guys said it is to small for the machine but I can do it by hand…..thank you for great customer service.

They were very helpful making sure all the gear I need fit correctly. Also helped set up everything like speakers in helmet and making sure all working correctly with my phone. Very friendly will return there for sure with motorcycle equipment needs.

Employees are welcoming, sweet, and an overall delight to work with. Ive been treated badly at other moto shops for appearing feminine; not so at this place. Love these guys, so ill be returning frequently for all my bike needs.

These guys do a good job. JP specifically brought me exactly what I needed with only about a sentence of explanation. Even broke out pricing options.

Above and beyond what was expected

I was looking to replace the tires on my Yamaha FJR 1300 es. The sales person went above and beyond what I expected. The level of service provided was exceptional. The price of the tires were the best I have seen. I purchased a set of Michelin Road 6 GT.

I went to cycle gear in hopes that they could help me fix my Sena microphone, which I originally bought from cycle gear. They promptly fixed it and sent me on my way with no charge. It was amazing.

We don’t go into cycle gear very often, however, All the employees that were there yesterday were very attentive and knowledgeable. They all were like that with every single customer that was in the store while we were there. Great customer service

Went in on 12/23/23. I was looking for Knee and Elbow Pads. Found what I needed and at same price as online. I even got a Veterans Discount. A win, win shopping experience for me.

I appreciate the knowledge of the sales rep Crystal regarding the product. I called about a chain breaker and press. She has and uses the tool. She let me know it was on sale The guy who rang me up supplied me with new links and chain lube!

Always have great service from knowledgeable individuals. They all know bikes -- they aren't just people working as stockers or cashiers.

The sales reps were both patient and a great help getting me set up with the perfect helmet and blue tooth setup. They installed it in the helmet right there and showed me how to use it. A great selection of gear there too. Lots on Sale. The sales guy helped me find a combo of the best gear and best sale prices.. Picked up a nice leather riding jacket all for a very reasonable price too. I’m shopping here for whatever gear I need from now on. I’m definitely a New loyal customer.

Very quick and efficient, replace my tire and under four hours back on the road riding. Recommended highly.

Getting ready for a trip to Baja I purchased a helmet and some other items only to find out that the helmet wouldn’t work for my application. The store manager let me return it and the Bluetooth speaker we installed. Nothing had been used but it was very nice that I could return it. Been shopping at cyclegear for 20 plus year’s and it’s been all good.
