Dr. Fallin is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He actually listens, is not dismissive, and goes above and beyond to find a solution for your pain.

Dr Fallin is great! He is close to home and has worked with my back and leg issues and has done wonders for me! He is easy to talk to and is willing to try procedures if another one does not work.

I would like to provide some context for this feedback. My mother was a patient of this provider. I hesitate to refer to him as a doctor because the oath of "do no harm" seemed to be disregarded in her case. Initially, my mother sought his care to taper off a high dosage of OxyContin that Dr. Carter put her on, transitioning to a lower dosage of oxycodone. However, over time, she experienced significant physical decline and multiple injuries because of her increasing age. Despite her adherence to his prescribed medication regimen, she expressed additional pain management needs. Unfortunately, rather than addressing her concerns, he dismissed her as a patient due to a misunderstanding regarding her medication usage which was translated to the nurse and was never put into her record.

Throughout my 30 years in the medical field, I have not encountered such dismissive and unprofessional behavior. This provider exhibited a lack of empathy, particularly towards female patients, and minimized their pain experiences. If seeking compassionate and attentive pain management care, I highly recommend Dr. McCall at Eastern Regional Pain in Goldsboro, affiliated with Wakemed who has 5 stars.

In contrast to the lengthy and disorganized experience with this provider, Dr. McCall promptly assessed my father's needs, arranged necessary procedures, and communicated effectively. The contrasting level of care and respect between the two providers is stark. It is disheartening to witness a healthcare professional neglecting their duty to alleviate suffering and provide appropriate treatment options.

I was referred here to have shots put in my hips to see if would help with my pain. Instead was seen by PN Not the Doctor, she pushed, pulled, and moved me around til I was in tears from the pain. She then said she was going to refer me to physical therapy. I asked for something for the pain, muscle relaxers something, said she would call in muscle relaxer that was almost 2 months ago. NOTHING was called in for me, no therapy has been setup. WORST PLACE EVER.
