Newport Beach House: A Longwood Venue

One of my absolute favorite venues to photograph at. It's bright, it's white, they have tons of windows, a gorgeous beach and the sun sets in a great spot for photos. The staff is so attentive and incredible too. After doing couples photos on the beach, a bridal attendant had a pitcher of warm water and a towel for ME, A VENDOR, to get the sand off my feet. Above and beyond, every time!

I had the BEST experience working with Ardriana and the rest of the Newport Beach House team for my wedding in August 2023!! The level of service and professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. Ardriana was very responsive throughout the whole process as we finalized our guest count and made tweaks to our food/ rental options. The wedding day went so smoothly thanks to all of her hard work organizing the timeline and coordinating with our vendors. We were lucky to have great weather for an outside ceremony and cocktail hour, and had our reception in the Eventide room. Our guests raved about the beach/ sunset views from the deck and how delicious all of the food was. Newport Beach House was truly the venue of my dreams!

The most stunning venue and the team at Newport Beach House was truly amazing. People say expect things to go wrong on your wedding day- it just happens! NOT with NBH. They truly pay attention to detail. Ardriana and her team were incredible, kind, and organized. The views, setup, and everything about the day was amazing.

My daughter and her husband had their wedding at this beautiful beach front venue last weekend and the staff was top notch! Ashley, Jared, Courtney and Heather and others made her day absolutely beautiful and beyond fairytale like. The weather was questionable for an outside wedding ceremony due to reminants of Hurricane Michael and they all set up, took down the outside/inside set up for almost 200 people 3 times!

How they pulled off this beautiful outdoor wedding was beyond crazy but they made their wedding picture perfect. Every thing was beautiful and the food was fantastic. And ample parking. Thank you all!

As a wedding photographer, working here was a dream! Aside from the obviously beautiful location itself (sunset here looks amazing too!) I wanted to take a moment and say the staff were all really a pleasure to work with. I forgot the Day of coordinator's name but she was amazing in helping out my couple with whatever they needed, and keeping them on track for the whole day. Hope to work there again soon!

I have to say. This place is such an amazing place to be at and work at. As I arrived to the venue I was quite lost. I asked some of the workers there if they know where the bridal room was and they quickly gave me directions. A few workers saw me struggling and helped me with my make up kit as I was trying to bring it up a deck of small stairs.

The people who was in charge of watching the bride was so nice. They told me to notify them if I needed anything as a make up artist and I told them only when the bride needs me. The coordinator as well as the waitress who was on call for the bridal room was amazing to work with. I love the customer service here it was amazing; I especially as someone who also provided customer service to the bride.

Let’s just say for views 5 stars. Customer service 5 stars. Professionalism 5 stars. Overall atmosphere 5+ stars.

Wow, amazing service and etiquette breakfast. Sara, the front desk manager, was very kind and patient. I guarantee you will never see such amazing service when she is around.

Is it unorthodox for a vendor to review a venue? Potentially, however I think a review is well deserved as how a venue treats vendors can show how much they are committed to a holistically great experience. I've done multiple events at NBH and the staff is such a pleasure to work with, their event managers are on top of everything and they serve vendors meals early (believe me, we really appreciate it). The food is top notch and so is every single one of their team members; representing only the highest standards of professionalism in the hospitality industry.

We hosted our wedding ceremony, reception, and after-party at the Newport Beach House on June 10, 2023. Our ceremony and reception were in the Surfside room, and our after-party was in the Oyster Lounge. The ceremony was beautiful. Our florist and DJ were able to coordinate with the venue seamlessly in setting up our ceremony, without any input needed from us. The reception was very fun. The food was excellent, exceeding our expectations. The bartenders were good-natured. Again, the DJ and florist were able to set up the sound system and all of the tables / centerpieces perfectly without our input. All throughout the night, Daria, our Event Specialist, was a steady hand behind the wheel, always making sure we were comfortable and informed. The after-party in the Oyster Lounge was also great! Can't recommend the waffle bar enough - all the guests partook. To top it off, at the end of the night, Jess, the onsite manager, generously helped us pack up our decor items into our car.

A special shout-out to Daria, who was extremely helpful and professional during the planning process. She made sure that everything was taken care of and no details were overlooked. She was also very responsive and very thorough in addressing all of our questions and concerns.

We had our wedding at Newport Beach House in November 2022. From the moment I laid eyes on the venue, I knew I wanted to have our wedding here. The venue itself is stunningly beautiful - a clean and modern yet beachy and boho space of my dreams. The views outside on the beach are as stunning as they are inside the venue itself. We rented out the entire venue for our wedding, which I highly recommend, especially for a larger wedding. Our event coordinator, Ardriana, was amazing to work with from start to finish. She made the entire process so easy. Everything from the food to the service was incredible on the day of our event. The only complaint we had was that the venue does nickel and dime for anything you want to add on. This was completely unrelated to Ardriana but when spending so much money on a venue, it seems a little silly to charge an additional $500 for needing to get into the venue 20 minutes early for a first look. This is probably pretty standard in the industry but felt a little stingy. Regardless of this, I would choose NBH again and again and cannot recommend them (and Ardriana!) enough for helping us host the wedding of our wildest dreams! All of our guests had an amazing time and absolutely loved the space.

This venue and all the staff are wonderful! We originally to had planned to have our daughters wedding here last year so we started working with the staff at Newport beach house in 2019. And then when Cove it happened they were very accommodating great communication and was understanding in the struggle of us deciding what to do next. We decided to move it a year later and once again communication was great staff was very accommodating. The dinner was wonderful. You never had to wait for a drink or anything that you want it there was somebody right there. The day of planner had everything in charge myself and my daughter did not have to worry about a thing they took care of everything. They even packed up all of our decorations so all we had to do was pick up the boxes. All the guest marveled about the beauty of the venue and the beautiful beach views. This is definitely the place for a wonderful wedding or reception. !!

I can't even put into words how wonderful my experience with the Newport Beach House team has been this far. From viewing the venue to our tasting to now rescheduling due to the pandemic - each team member has been absolutely amazing and a joy to work with. Our wedding date was scheduled for this September 2020 and we JUST decided to postpone with 4 weeks to go. Throughout the whole pandemic Sarah the Director of Events has been responsive, attentive, and incredibly understanding and patient with us. Even when I know she is short handed and has a lot more on her plate than usual. We decided on having biweekly calls leading up to the September date which made me feel less anxious knowing she was available to answer all questions and concerns. She always started the calls asking what we were thinking/feeling. Although making the choice to postpone was difficult, I am so excited for our new wedding date next year. Big shout out to Carly and Meghan from the team, too! This is such a difficult time to be in the events industry and you are all doing wonderfully!

Newport Beach house is fabulous! The venue itself is luxurious and beautiful, right on the ocean. The food is great, and the staff was excellent. Ashly Whalen is an amazing coordinator who takes care of her brides and executed flawless events. We can’t say enough good things about NBH!

I could not be more happy with our choice in venue. I've always dreamed of getting married on the beach so I immediately fell in love with Newport Beach House the moment I saw it. However, it really is the staff that makes this venue truly amazing. Our event specialist, Julianna, made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Leading up to the big day, she responded to every crazy question we had and always made us feel at ease. Julianna even texted me photos of the decorated space the morning of the wedding! Our day-of coordinator, Ashley, was equally as amazing. She made sure I had a vodka soda at all times and organized my entire wedding party (quite the task). You expect something to go wrong the day of your wedding, but honestly, Julianna, Ashley and their team didn't allow for any mishaps. I can't say enough about them and this exceptionally beautiful venue!

Absolutely beautiful! I attended a friends wedding here and the views of the ocean are spectacular and the inside is very cape modern, the perfect combination of style! I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for water front wedding venues!

NANTUCKET/NEW ENGLAND FEEL. I THINK PERFECTION Would best describe my daughters wedding day at Newport Beach House. I was extremely impressed with every encounter with the staff. They were informative and upfront about all the costs and fees prior to the event (all details were in the contract so its important to read all details). They were also extremely attentive and accomatative with all our needs (the complimentary wedding planner and attentants were excellant). Although having a wedding is extremely expensive, we found their venue to be reasonable compared to other venues we priced and it included many items that other venues charged extra for(tables, linens, flatware,wedding planner/attendants, etc). The main reason my daughter picked this venue was because of the gorgeous decor. It was a modern beachy/ chic decor and it was a beautiful canvas for my daughters dream wedding(You can literally decorate it any style because its white with gorgeous grey hardwood floors and stunning lighting ).Infact, Even the bathrooms were gorgeous but in a understated way. The BEST part of this venue is the views!!!!! -You are blown away when you walk in. OCEAN FRONTVIEWS- OUR GUESTS were just awed when they walked in. We had lower level room with cathedral ceilings. Also, The food was delicious!!! Every guest commented that "it was the best food they ever ate at a wedding".The chef really knows how to cook. (We only had 114 GUESTS.) We had a choice of salmon or herb chicken. They both melted in your mouth. I literally cant say one negative thing about anything because it was perfect!!! Thank you to all the staff for making her day a Fairytale😍😊

Our wedding on 9/22/18 was perfect. From the beginning of planning with Julianna Parker, to the day of working with the staff. Everyone was professional and made this experience one for us to remember. We can't thank everyone enough at Longwood Venues. Thank you Julianna, Heather & Jared! We wish we could do it all over again.

We attended a wedding here and it was absolutely gorgeous. The cocktail hour food was delicious and the venue overlooked the ocean. Made me want to get married here! Absolutely gorgeous place
