Wendy's

I loved the food as usual, it was Great, however the person who waited on my wife and I.. He seemed angry or didn't want to be there. It's sad because even though I love Wendy's I know if I saw him working at the register I would pass on eating there.

Yep, I gave them 5 stars. Pulled up to the drive through late at night and the woman who took the order was having a bad go of things. The other co-workers jumped into to help and one broke out with cheering so we did what any other costumer would do and joined in the cheering as well. Food was good but the service really made the experience.

Driving back from a long day of fun and worship, our bus of 11 youth and 4 adults was ready for dinner. It was about 15 minutes before they closed, so the dinning room was closed, and the app crashed. Our driver caught one of the employees as she was leaving, who got her manager and they generously let us take the bus through the drive thru. Everything was exactly how we ordered it. Thank you so, so much to the amazing staff at this Wendy’s!! God Bless you all! And a big thank you to Pastor Shawn for buying our dinner tonight!

You know what you want. You're hungry. You're lazy. You want them calories. This Wendy's delivers on those desires. They always get the orders right, and it's always quality fast food. Best fast food around. They are unfortunately often understaffed and the hours can be fluid, but when you get it, you GET IT. 9/10, you know what to expect.

Food was warm at best not hot. That included old nuggets, double stack and fries were all warm and hardly edible but only had a short time

Portsmouth, N.H does it again. The man behind the counter was very friendly, and asked questions about the order that didn't make me feel rushed. Food was PIPING hot when we left, so that was a great surprise. Customer service is hard to come by these days, so it was really nice. Bathroom was clean, and restaurant was clean. Beverage area was well stocked.

The drive up crew who ran the shift on at 5pm at the Portsmouth, N.H location did a FANTASTIC job. Great customer service. Talking to the customers. Very efficient, even though it was the dinner hour on a Friday night, it was busy. Still, they did a great job!!!

The food was great the service was great and the atmosphere of my car was great drive thru is good

Hardest working folks in fast-food. Super duper busy location, but these workers hustle more than anyone to crank out the food for tons of hungry customers. Many of whom need to chill out and give these people the credit they deserve.

These guys were able to accommodate my big truck, the fries were perfect, and the burger was great. Would come here again for sure! They had a line at least 20 cars long at lunch and just kept blowing through the orders. Very good team.

Clean location with fast service.

This was one of the best Wendy's I have ever visited. When we placed our order the food appeared so fast that we didn't think it was ours until the server asked me if I wanted the chili on the salad or on the side. I sometimes avoid Wendy's, even though I like their food , because the service is so slow. The dining room was very clean. Employees went around each table with dust pans and brooms and cleaned the tables after each diner left. When we where about to leave an employee saw that my friend was having trouble clearing our trays from the table. She asked if she could help and took the trays away. I have three Wendy's very close to my home which I would visit more often if the experience in just one was like this location.
Update: With all that's going on with the virus outbreak we decided to do Wendy's take out. Cars where circled around the building to the point you would think you'd never get served. It took only eight minutes from the time we got in line to the picking up our order and eating. This Wendy's is unbelievable.

Always love Wendy's

First of all I think Wendy's is the best fast food! Second of all I absolutely love what they've done with the inside of this place! I took my 7 year old nephew there for lunch and we decided to sit in the corner where there was a lovely fireplace and extremely comfortable benches! It didn't feel like you were even at a fast food restaurant, it was a really nice change! Great addition!!!

During this covid-19 pandemic they are still serving salads, which many other fast food chains have temporarily dropped. Currently there is no dining in the store, but their drive-thru is convenient and there is plenty of parking to leisurely eat a meal. This staff is skilled and courteous. We never have to explain that a senior drink is free at Wendy's.

The fish sandwich is available during the Easter season. I believe it is the best of the fast food chains.

Way better than any fast food place out there. It's too fresh and the quality is too good to even be considered fast food. In my opinion. And you don't get that sick feeling after eating it like you typically would with other fast food

I admit, I dont like fast food. However, whenever I do come here the staff are always nice, prompt and professional. I used to come here on some fri and sat nights after a party back in the days and the staff was always fun to talk to and the food was always ordered correctly and rarely they missed anything. At one time, the manager gave me chocolate frosty and my friends for free. Thank you Wendys!

This place is how fast food should be done. Modernized, organized, computerized Q for keeping track of orders. They take your name down and call your name out. Tonight they actually brought my meal out to me while I was getting a drink. The drink machine is one of those modern ones with like 60 or more choices. Instead of just having one like I seen at other places they have two! The food has been hot and fresh everytime I been here.

People currently working there never make mistakes. They are very pleasant and the food taste great. This was not our experience prior to the people working there now. We would come here again and again if we could!

I love that they cook the fish sandwich when we put our order in. We don't mind waiting a few minutes for it. That way we know that it is fresh. They are so friendly there .
