Their strawberry/banana protein smoothie and energy teas are the best I've had anywhere. Maria is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. She gets to know her customers and helps them understand the importance of nutrition. I highly recommend!

First time trying it out, got the very berry shake. Delicious and healthy. Maria was very friendly and fun to speak to. The service is fast and healthy. The setting is really nice.

I can't believe I've walked by this amazing spot so many times without stopping. We got a Cherry Limeade with probotic and it's delicious!!! The owner was super sweet and very helpful - will definitely be back!!!!

The ladies working were so nice and knowledgeable. They were patient as I decided what I wanted to order. Delicious protein shakes for when you need something on the go!

Their energy teas are delicious (I love the guava goddess) and the woman who works there is always extremely friendly!

What a wonderful health nutrition lounge! Maria was extremely helpful and recommended a wonderful tea on a hot Texas day! My tea was so good that I bought a second for my wife. I really enjoyed hearing about how Urban Nutrition strives to bring the community together through fitness and healthy habits. Thank you Maria!

First visit and definitely not the last! I Almost didn’t visit because of the lack of reviews but surprised they don’t have hundreds. The drink was yummy, the place was clean and nice, and the owner/barista (not sure) was super friendly. They have tons of options for drinks based on what you want, whether it’s energy, bulking/cutting, or just something to enjoy. A bit on the pricey side but have to keep in mind that they are local and their drinks aren’t half water or ice like most chain cafes. I got the snicker protein shake and it was yummy (on the right, gotta like peanut butter). 10/10!

Came here for the first time and the experience was great! Great atmosphere! Naomi & Maria were nice, professional, etc! I had a Chocolate Madness Protein Shake, with a scoop of peanut butter and some blueberries! It is SO DELICIOUS! Chef’s kiss! For some reason, I can’t post my pic of my drink, but will do so if I figure it out, lol! 🤌🏽

I visited for the first time and got a cherry lime tea. It was absolutely delicious and kept my energy and focus up the rest of the day! Maria was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for the yummy and healthy teas and smoothies. I will be back often!

This place is truly a gem. The owner is super sweet, and informative. She gives insight to the teas and shakes on the menu, and how they benefit the body. I loved my tea,shake, and the positivity she poured into me before I went to work. I’ll definitely be back. :)

Today was my first time coming here. Naomi was the person who helped me. She was very personable and extremely helpful. I loved her attitude and her customer service. I had no idea what I wanted and she had no problem suggesting things for me. I ended up getting a combo, smoothie and tea. The smoothie was a banana nut bread. The tea was Pom punch and they were both AMAZING!!! 10 out of 10 will definitely be coming back.

Drinks are super tasty and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted a healthy alternative to my frapp/ smoothie type drinks and so glad I found them.

My favorite & most treasured place in Downtown Plano. The staff is top notch. They aren’t just making drinks, they are forming friendships. I adore this place. You MUST visit & keep on visiting. The shakes & teas are the best around. Great energy, focus, no crash. Love you UN!

I live close to Princeton and usually go to New Direction. However, I text the owner Brandon and asked if there was a shop near my work in Plano and he recommended Urban Nutrition. I bought my staff teas and now we are all hooked! The lady that runs UNL is the sweetest and truly gives amazing customer service! Got another order for our staff today!

1st time visiting , lifetime customer, this place is amazing, Naomi and Maria were great , I tried the Hello sunshine tea which gave me energy and had me focused all day even after my radiation therapy ! Give them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

Went for the first time today and the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Maria was super nice, the store was clean, and the drinks were delicious. Maria even came around to open the door for me after realizing I was in a walking boot. We will definitely be returning. Please support small businesses :)

This is a wonderful establishment the owners are very kind and thoughtful. Not only do they care about your health physically but also mentally. The employees are also extremely friendly and the drinks are amazing I personally love their teas. This is a small but very quaint establishment that I will definitely want to back to again definitely one of my new favorites.
