Massage Heights Bandera

I originally went to massage heights because I had a gift card from a friend. I struggle with a lot of back muscle tightness and knots due to my work. The staff was very friendly and the masseuse always timely. I have gone to a few people and I have had no issues. I am a regular with Flo since she is able to provide just the right depth and pressure I need to get all of my knots. She is super friendly and all staff are professional. I am now a member and have been for over a year now. I am very happy

I never sign up for memberships - ever. But one session at Massage Heights Bandera with Marco made me change my mind. From the second I walked in, I felt at ease as I was greeted by the lovely front of house staff. I had a lot of back pain so I was just looking for someone to take the strain away. Marco was incredibly wonderful, I almost want to gate keep him but he deserves to be praised and shared! If you need a phenomenal masseuse who is going to find every dang knot in your body but also relax you and make you feel like you’re on a luxury vacation, Marco is your man. He is Tier 2 which means he’s put in the work and studied more of the human body and more fancy things that I can’t remember at the moment but - holy cow - you can tell. I’ve had plenty of massages over time but none have compared to Marco. When my massage was done, the lovely ladies at the front checked me out and explained the memberships and benefits and that was enough to get me to say “hell yeah”. Y’all need to come to Massage Heights Bandera, ask for Marco, and be nice to the FOH ladies!

I’ve been going off and on to Massage Heights for a couple of years. I’m always impressed with the quality of massage therapists, the professional nature of the therapists and the staff. The staff is very courteous, helpful and really seems to care about the experience. I’m greeted and seen promptly for my service. The facility is clean and inviting. I would recommend this company !

I have been here a few times and was gifted their membership! I tend to book this location the most because of its location and conscience. But I do like it enough that I keep coming back— all their staff are professional! I like how clean it is!

Great service and knoweledgeable professional of Larissa T. Excellent relief of soreness due to her knowledge and ability to address pressure points which help alleviate pain. She is a true professional. The whole staff is always friendly and customer oriented! Highly recommend this location!

Josephine did some amazing work to ease my sciatica pain. I could barely walk in, walked out with minimal pain. Will definitely be going back to her!

Last review was for Marco (Great deep tissue massage) and I stand by it!
BUT- Matthew is a clinical-level massage therapy Genius! Frozen Shoulder. Never hear of it before but Matthew knew it was why I was in so much pain. Like a magical healing Wizard! I’ve had nothing but great experiences with MH Bandera. Matthew’s expertise was evident as he explained what literally ailed me. So impressed! For anyone dealing with real injuries and in need of top-notch, effective care from an attentive professional, ask for Matthew! Great experience with this Massage Heights location. Go see them : )

The front desk is always helpful and friendly, and the interior is relaxing and clean. An extra shoutout to Raven who is a wonderful masseuse and is excellent at getting to know you to ensure you have the best experience during your massage!

Always clean and peaceful when I walk in. Great place to go for a massage by skilled therapists. Nice selection of quality spa and facial products. Friendly and helpful front desk staff too.

I had the best facial last week with Karina! I highly recommend her as she is so knowledgable about skin care. She made recommendations on what treatments would be best for my face and I loved all of them! When I left, my skin felt so clean and hydrated I can not wait to go back and get another. Totally worth it!

Reasonable prices for the treatment you are getting. I try to go a few days after a long run on the greenway trails. Recovery from those sore runs are much more tolerable. If you never had a massage, this is a good place to start.

I have had a membership for over a year now. I have enjoyed many different therapists, each with different great techniques. On occasion, I pay for a Tier 3 therapist...oooh so worth it. I occasionally do the add ons (heated stones, foot scrub, hemp oil) and have liked everything. I catch myself sometimes falling asleep, and have maybe even snored a time or two! The environment is clean and calm. I recently had my first two hour massage; why have I been getting one hour massages??!! Worth a visit!

2024 Update
I have been going to Massage Heights for several years now! Layla is the best!!! She is the only one I get my massages from for the last couple of years now. If you're hesitant....give it a try....you might become a customer for many years to come!!

I use a tier 2 massage therapist and she gives me deep tissue massage. She always gives me good service and tips for stretching.

My therapist Issel did an amazing job! It was my first time and she made me comfortable and relaxed! I’ll admit i was a little worried at first. probably causing more tension but the moment she asked me questions on where i feel the most tense and so on. I knew i would be in great hands! definitely will be coming back soon!

Best massage I have had in months. My therapist knew exactly how to alleviate some pain and stiffness I had on my left shoulder and neck. Came out not only relaxed, but much more functional.
