I don’t know why the bad review for Corporate Hills post office. I have always found them to be friendly, helpful and efficient! I’ve called a couple of times for various issues with a carrier and my issue/complaint has been received well and a thanks for letting them know about an issue. Sometimes the treatment you receive is the treatment you give.

Local Staff at Corporate Drive USPS are always friendly, helpful and good to work with.
They have good suggestions and help me get my items on their way as efficiently as possible.

Had delivery notice of package we weren't sure of delivery. I reported it. Yvonne called 3 times to try and help. I spoke with her and she tracked down the 'mystery' package and solved it for us. She was thorough and courteous. Kudos to her!

One word Tracie! This associate is always so friendly and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about all products and services. I don’t mind waiting in line longer just to be able to be assisted by her. I was disheartened by a belligerent customer who took out their bad day on her. But in her true fashion she kept composure and continued to show exceptional customer service. This world really needs more people like her in it. Thank you Tracie!

Some days are better than other's, but generally speaking all of the personnel who have assisted me over the last several years have been courteous and professional.

As regards the patrons, there are people who know how to conduct business at the post office, and those who appear to have never packed and shipped a package in their lives, then they expect someone to coddle to their ineptitudes...

Be prepared and be patient... and with today's capabilities, most of this can be done at home making the drop off process little to no time at all.

Might be time to replace those LLV trucks

I have read some of the reviews and i can say that this post office have, generally, operated very well for me. Like most urban offices, if you catch them at a busy time then there is a lot of 'particulars'... which should be expected.

Have always had outstanding, friendly service, which people don't always associate with a government office. The wait times have always been due to lots of customers, not lack of post office personnel.

Very, very polite, cheerful employees who are patient & quick to help.

I like customer service and staffs, they’re mosly doing great, and show me clearly the instructions whenever I don’t know what to do with my package. Thanks

The ladies were super friendly and efficient. Not many postal workers are anymore. Wish I could remember the ladies name that helped me.

Easy to find for a new resident of the area. Easy to park. Location clearly marked.

Always have great service at this particular PO location, I drive the extra 10 minutes to go here.
