I called my dealer in Canada looking for boat lift parts. They in turn picked up the phone and called Nucraft on my behalf and talked to a gentleman Rory. OMG! Just had the best customer online experience every with Rory Gnatkowski at Nucraft! Last night I sent a picture of the boat lift wheel with missing knob and asking if they have replacement knobs.

I bought a used boat lift made by these guys. I called them up and they sent me the original manual and all of the bolt sizes so I could take it down for transport and even walked me through setting up the lift for my wakeboard boat (was previously used for a pontoon). They had the parts I needed to me in less than 24 hours (I live in Michigan so fast shipping) and I couldn't be happier. The lift is extremely well made. I am trusting it with my Malibu Wakesetter, what more can I say!
