This place has and knows everything. Recent pool needs have provided multiple recent visits. Each time, they have been prompt and everyone I encounter has been extremely knowledgeable. I like that! From parts to service I have been very impressed. Loaner devices…no problem ! The guidance for everything I’ve needed has been low key and not at all pushy. Pricing seems to be pretty much the same as online dealers, and you leave with what you need without waiting for delivery. Highly recommend!

B&B pool, is the best place for prices and part availability. I’ve been coming here for years and when I moved further away, other places couldn’t match the prices and service. I would drive far to B&B pool for the prices and friendly service. But luckily I moved much closer and quicker. Sincerely Bart

Brant was so nice and helpful. Our DE filter was leaking and needed all elements replaced. He put together our Hayward DE filter elements saving us so much time and effort. When we were not well and feeling up to such a task, this help was so much appreciated. We always go to B&B.

Exceptional customer service and quality products at a fair rate. The staff here are knowledgeable and helpful. There supply of materials is fast enough to help me do a lot of diy fixes on my older equipment and their repair center is great. The turn around time on most repairs has always been quick, within a few hours for most and by the next day for everything else. NO PRESSURE SALES! If you need repairs, they’re repair it. If you need replacements, they’re gonna replace it. If you want to know about upgrades. Stop by and see it for yourself. I’m sure you will be happy with the results.

Very nice and helpful! The guy that came out to do work was great and honest. I had a question after the work was completed and was able to text him after hours and he called me and helped me.

Very helpful staff. They will let you bring in water samples to help you determine what products you need to get your pool to optimum health.

Loaned me a new pool sweep system for a week to test. No hard sell and explained all I needed to know to evaluate what was best for me. I decided to keep my old system and they were very gracious and gave me some added instruction on how to make what I have work better.

Excellent shop that takes the time to get the parts you need or have something repaired there. They know their stuff. Ill go here every time over buying parts online for their excellent customer support. The typically have what I need in stock.

I have been utilizing the expertise at B&B for over 20 years. Although i lived in tempe for many years, i still travel across town to B&B because i know they have the parts, products and experience to solve my pool and pool equipment problems. Today i visited to get a part for my Hayward pool cleaner. I called ahead to confirm they had the part, and when i arrived they not only inspected my cleaner, they determined the part i intended to purchase would not solve the problem, but instead identified the cause of the malfunction, took the appropriate part from their inventory, repaired my cleaner while I waited, and sent me on my way for under $50 and in less than 15 minutes. Justin was the professional who helped me, and although "while you wait" service on a Saturday is beyond expectation, as you will typically have to leave your unit to be repaired and return at another date, i was again impressed at the level of service, inventory, and professionalism that keeps me coming back to B&B pools.

This place is AWESOME.

Let me paint a picture for you.

Have you ever heard of how local hardware stores used to be before Home Depot, Lowes, Tractor Supply, Ace, etc. put all the local shops out of business?

Well, this seems to be that "local hardware store" that still exists, except for pools.

I recommend to all local pool owners to call or stop by this shop if they have an issue.

I had my pump "die" but they helped me learn how to disconnect it, take it in for service, and ended up fixing the issue instead of jumping to a new pump replacement.

If you want to take true ownership of your pool but don't know where to begin, please start engaging with this shop.

I'm not surprised to see a 5-star rating for this place. This is our go-to place for chlorine, shock treatment, equipment, water testing, etc, etc, etc. Parts for pump also. They never steer me wrong and I'm referring specifically to water testing when I say this; they won't try to sell you something that you don't need. Their staff is very knowledgeable.

This place is amazing. My pools Pentair filter pump went out and I had quotes for a new version from $2200-$3000 to replace it, or $1400 for a rebuilt one. I took it to B & B and for $247 and less than 45 min later it was rebuilt and working perfect!!! I highly recommend them.

B & B pools has been my "go-to" place, for pool issues, for 30 yrs.
Friendly, knowledgeable, staff, exceptional service, & repairs are much lower than my pool maintenance service charges. There is no high pressure to buy something, they just explain your options & let you make a decision. They are a rarity in today's society: HONEST!!!

Needed pump repair which is harder to find. I recreationally will take on my pool repair and thought the motor was bad. I was pleasantly surprised at their efficiency and pricing. Pump works great. And they were nice and knowledgeable. I have a different normal pool store since their 20 miles away but they were the best. Would go back again and trust my pool to them.

B & B Pools is the best. The staff is so knowledgeable about all of your pool needs. We've taken a vacuum that wasn't working well and they've fixed it, we had a timer issue that they helped guide us through fixing as well. The absolute best customer service.

Not only is this place comparably priced, their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't tell you how many times I came in with a minor repair and they fixed it for free. I have a swimming pool and a hot tub to maintain. And they will get all my business.

Even if I have to travel further, I always go here for pool supplies. Good prices. Staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Solid business.
