Baptist Health Urgent Care - Mulberry

From the time I walked in I was greeted by the nicest receptionist and I was brought back quickly and the nurse listened to my concerns and got me back into a room and the provider was super wonderful and also listened to what was going on and made me feel very comfortable and helped answer my questions and I feel like they were very thorough and efficient. Would highly recommend.

This is one of the best places to get treated. I’m always treated with respect by staff members, one being Monique and the several doctors. They take your health very seriously and you’ll be in good hands. Thank you for providing treatment and for going above and beyond.

Great urgent care! Staff is excellent and pretty swift with getting you in an out! Sometimes the receptionist checking you in is a lil snobby a doesn’t seem to like being at work, sometime she is rude but I treat people the same way they present themselves so doesn’t bother me none!

Dr. Mark Demuth is the friendliest, nicest, most considerate Doctor I have ever encountered in my 50+ years, even at closing time. The male nurse I couldn't see his name was also 👍 great. Highly recommend!!!

triage moved quickly. was 3rd patient in line. had ARPN Jonathan. he listened to all my symptoms, decided it was better for me to go the ER at hospital, put in the paperwork. the receptionist at ER had all my info in the computer when i got there. i was able to get in & out of minor care ER in about 2 hours total; with tests & treatment. APRN Jonathan at Urgent Care and APRN Allison, DO Nick, & Nurse Janice at ER gave me great care. ty so much.

I am so pleased with my visit. The entire staff was so friendly. There was no wait although I did go in at night. The nurse practitioner, Angela I believe, was thorough and extremely sweet. The x ray tech, a male whose name I didn't catch, was also great! Will come here again for sure!

This clinic is awesome! From the time we came through the door we received excellent care. The receptionist was kind and worked diligently to find my insurance information. The nursing staff was kind and P.A. Randy Ball was so wonderful. The wait time was not long and my comfort was a priority. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Nice and clean environment! Staff was very helpful, understanding and professional. (Front desk). Got in quickly and my issue was taken care of quickly. That’s good care. My experience was with A. Garcia very good bedside manners, helpful and most important compassionate toward her patient. Kevin is very professional and good at his job. I felt comfortable with him. Tiffany was very compassionate as well. Great Job Baptist Health!

I caught the stomach flu 3 days before I had to drive 6hrs for my momma's funeral 💔 the nausea lingered two days and I didn't think Id be able to make the trip.

I got there and not only were they kind from the front desk lady who said she'd pray for my mom and I, to the practitioner, Bambi. Bambi offered me her deepest sympathy and managed to get me better and kept me feeling better throughout the funeral, my stay and on the way home via the treatment she provided.

Also I didn't get that uncomfortable/ judgement feeling I get from most doctors..

Great staff, and very quick to get back to the rooms.

I’m so grateful for the care I received today at this facility. The staff is great and Mary at check-in was so great to me. She showed caring and understanding towards my condition. The Physician and nurses also were very caring. Highly recommend this facility.

Went with My son for my granddaughter to be seen. The entire staff was amazing. The NP we saw was Angela and she was great and so patient with a scared 3 year old!

I’ve been here twice and both times were great. Today the place was packed with no parking left outside but I was in and out in about an hour. Although all those sick people in the waiting room did make me nervous, I was able to wait in my vehicle & they called me when it was my turn. I would recommend this place.

I had a recent visit to this facility due to some tendonitis in my wrist and thumb. Everyone was kind and I was treated with care and compassion . I was given a steroid injection and an IM anti/ inflammatory. I saw Dr. Nassir , Tech Zack and Jennifer . Thank you! Vacation was great.

What a great experience. Staff was professional and friendly. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend this facility for quick urgent health care.

I just want to say how outstandingly kind these people was to me and cared more for me then my own ob I've never felt more listened to and treated so nicely instead of being rushed and laughed at !!

I had no problems at all, everyone was very nice and was very helpful. The doctor was great, places get overwhelmed with people be patient and you will be seen.
