THAI TREE RESTAURANT

Had a delicious meal and cocktails here. We enjoyed the boat noodle and Yum Gai Zaab. Staff were friendly. Loved the wall decor and use of lights and colors.

Had a craving for Thai and this place did not disappoint. There is a reason why so many others have also given this place a 5 star. I never went here before the new owners and new name but I’ll be trying to return here frequently. We lucked out going at a non busy time on a Wednesday but the dining space is small so on a weekend or during the summer expect a possible wait. Every staff member was friendly and attentive and every bite made me want to go back and get more. I highly recommend the crab rangoons as an app and the duck noodle soup (any duck dish would likely be phenomenal though). I look forward to returning to try their cocktails, more apps and get the duck noodle soup again! Prices were very reasonable in my opinion as well. Add this place to your list of places to go immediately, you will be very happy.

Popped in on a Monday and I knew the food was going to be delicious as the place was packed! Staff was friendly and attentive and the food was the best Thai I’ve had in a long time. My friend and I shared 3 plates: the crispy wings and steamed chicken dumplings and lo mein with beef. All A++

My husband and I came here after seeing empire was packed before the Matt Rife show and we are so happy we did. Food was excellent, and we were surprised it wasn’t more packed. Do yourself a favor and visit

The flavors are spot on, very fresh food with very fine presentation and friendly staff. As good as it gets!

So, so good! All I can do is repeat what all the other 5-star reviews say. The food is great, and all the staff members I've interacted with are wonderfully kind and friendly. Delightful.

Definitely my new favorite Thai place

I reviewed this place once before it rebranded and let me just tell you something…this place deserves the stars, the moon, the sun, just everything man. BEST THAI RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER HAD. I’ve been to too many Thai restaurants and none have hit as hard as this place. To die for. TO. DIE. FOR.

You can feel the atmosphere as soon as you step through the door. From the smiles, the neon sign to the Madonna themed cocktails; it amazes. Then when you thought it couldn’t get any better your food arrives.

We just had a lovely takeout meal from Thai Tree. We ordered wings, pad Thai, pad see ew, and khao soi, all were delicious. Only peeked inside while picking up our food, but the dining room was full and the space was really cool. Will be returning for a sit down meal soon!

The best Thai food in Portland, and an outstanding, refreshing, much-needed addition to the city’s food scene. Run by the loveliest people, Thai Tree is a must!

Finally a good pad thai!! Delicious. Spice level 4/5 was actually a 4/5.

First take out with the new ownership. SO GOOD PEOPLE! Look forward to dining in.

The mango curry with tofu was exceptional.

Super cute restaurant with fantastic food.

We ate here with friends and the service and food were excellent.
Probably amongst the best Thai meals we have had outside of Thailand.
