Amazing supply of glass. The folks that work here are also great. They are like friends that you only talk to when you see each other. I say that because they always talk to me like a friend and they're curious about how life is going on my end, which is therapy for me when I get to share my thoughts with them, even briefly. It makes me feel comfortable when shopping there. Genuinely appreciate this shop. Been shopping here for 20 years.

Went in late with my gf and her mom, who is elderly. I think the employee who helped us was named Daniel, he was extremely helpful. We were setting up my gfs mom with a grinder, roller, papers, and a pipe since we live in Missouri and she lives in San Jose and she has been smoking out this beat up old drillbit looking thing that smelled bad. He took the time to help us and we left with everything we needed. Highly recommend this shop.

This place rules and so do the staff who are always helpful and make sure you got what you came looking for. And if it's not in stock they promptly order it from their distributor which always arrives in a timely manner.

First smoke shop I ever been to and the employees are so chill and helpful if you have questions. Some of them like to talk a lot. I mostly just listen, but they got cool stories about some of the pieces there. The vibe is just awesome with the music they play and the scent(it smells amazing)

I only reason I still shop here is because of the best salesperson whom I consider the Face of Up in Smoke, Rob Roy!!!!! Management you should definitely heed my warning you better be careful or you're going to lose him and you'll lose a lot of formerly regular business because Rob Roy is the best, the very best in the business!!! He can write his own ticket in any store in this Valley because he really cares and he knows his stuff! You can't get any better employee than Rob Roy!!!!!!

The staff here are great people! They always know what to show me to make me happy. The selection of glass is closely curated and all really exceptional. No china glass in this place!

Nothing fancy.. just a nice little spot that has most things one needs to smoke.
