Starbucks

The baristas here are so helpful. I called this morning to find out of the have the Maryland Been There Mug. I decided to collect them recently and attempting to go back to all the states that my pups visited. The barista set one aside for me in case they get sold out by the time I arrived. They ran out of soymilk, and I got the iced Chai Tea Latte with almond milk instead. It tasted like toasted almond. Interesting buy still good. They have the smallest Christmas tree of all the Starbucks I visited this past month (NC, SC, TN, VA) 😁

I always have an amazing experience here but this time they made me feel so special! Keep up the good work you guys are amazing !

Like the starbucks, I love the chai tea lattes, and they always make them perfect.

This Starbucks is always busy, yet very quick and efficient with the orders . Plenty of room to sit either inside or outside. Baristas are friendly and helpful when it comes to taking the order . Both inside and outside are very clean . Bathrooms are super clean . They have charging stations for phones as well as the ability to use laptops as well . The drive through is open 24 hours . A great location to gather with friends or get some work done while enjoying coffee .

Closest location to my hotel and my second time here since I've been in MD. The baristas are all so friendly and pleasant. My chai tea latte was perfectly made and my bagel was lightly toasted as requested. I love this Starbucks. They need to come to MA and train the baristas near my home.

This place, this place right here is probably one of the busiest Starbucks I have seen outside of the large metropolitan cities. They have a 24 hour drive thru and their staff is awesome! It's not that the other Starbucks are bad, it's just that this one does everything particularly well.

One of the best female managers in all of Starbucks works here. She is awesome and knows my name by voice which is crazy! I love it keep it up!!

Service was fast and efficient. Coffee was great!

My first time to use this location was today. The service was quick, efficient, friendly and the iced chai tea latte was the best one I've had ever and I've been drinking it for about 3 years now.

Great people and excellent service. Starbuck's excellence is obvious here. Location and delivery driver support is fantastic. My customers are always pleased with the food and packaging from this location. I get many long distance deliveries requested from these people. They've got to be doing something right.

This Starbucks is always busy, and especially on the weekend. When I got there, I was like third or fourth in line, but it took almost 20 minutes for me to get my drink. That is obviously way too long, but I will say that once I got to the drink window, the young man that was there, was really nice and offered me the drink that I ordered (not a cheap drink) for free. Sometimes in business things like this happen and it's always great to know that the company will stand behind their quality of service standards, and offer you something at a discount or for free when they fall short in other areas. This Starbucks gets 5 stars, just like it normally would. It is always a fantastic experience, and usually very quick considering the amount of volume they do.

This location is awesome! Natalie is amazing, every single encounter with her is such a pleasure. Her politeness and charismatic personality is so refreshing. I always leave (via drive thru or in-store) smiling twice as much.

My favorite Starbucks in Fredeick! The staff is super friendly and my drink is always made correctly and on time. I order through the app and the experience is seamless.

Super friendly staff! Not a huge seating selection but the place itself was very welcoming and clean.

Honestly, they are so kind. I had a drink made at a different location and it wasn't made correct, I went to them cause I work nearby and they took care of it like no biggie! I come in pretty often and the people are cool and drinks are great! (:

What a clean and friendly Starbucks location!

Mask compliance was great and you could tell folks where smiling under their masks.

Our drinks were up ultra fast. There was a slight mix up with mine (the register had a blip when my order was being entered) and the drink was remade in a flash. The most important part - our drinks tasted great.

Wouldn't hesitate stopping at this location again if in the area.

Today 5 stars for quick in and out, plus I had the outside to myself, even better! And the PSL was great!

Still cranking out the drinks relatively quickly...and now the indoor seating has reopened too.

During this pandemic, the drive through was open and there were signs to put on masks while collecting the order. I ordered a Mocha cookie crumble to beat the heat and it was so worth it. Loved the chocolaty flavor and cookie crumbs. I would recommend it getting without the whipped cream as I did, as it brings out the chocolate flavor more.

After ordering my drink I only waited not even 1 minute before it was ready! Awesome! I got the vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream, my new favorite drink! So good!
